TP CLOG:
I feel $175 for the little bit of work that he had to do to fix the problem and literally took him 20 minutes- was WAY overpriced… I expected it to be more like a visit cost of $79 or so- We have always trusted your company to come out and give a fair price but this time I feel it was not fair. A good job is always done, But I feel this was unreasonable for a quick fix of a pipe clogged w/ TP.

Had a back flowing toilet, Tate with Towne Plumber was able to come out same day and get it fixed promptly. Highly recommend this company!

Our water heater blew a valve and they had to install a new water heater, they did an excellent job and fair pricing, really nice and professional, they are my go to plumbers now.

We needed plumbing repairs on two separate and recent occasions and we used Towne Plummer both times. Their worker arrived when expected, was efficient while completing the repairs, quoted a reasonable price before starting work, and we’ll use their services again when/if needed.

Guys were great! Did job efficiently and honestly. Found the solution to be a simple fix and did not try to provide services that were not needed. Showed me what to do next time. Will definitely use again.

I booked online this morning, and they were here within 45 minutes! They were honest with their professional opinion if we should be proactive and replace both toilets’ guts, when only one toilet was malfunctioning. (“No, don’t change out til it needs fixing.”) They came, they fixed, they left. No messing around !

After the plumber I originally called never showed up, I reached out to Towne Plumbing at 8:30 pm and left a voice mail. Within 5 minutes, the owner (Shane) returned my call and had a repairman at my house by 10:30 the next morning. Matt, the repairman, was outstanding. He tracked down a part for the drain in our bathtub and made the trip to get it installed. Five stars for customer service….prompt, courteous, competent, and reasonable.

Everyone at Towne Plumber is exceptional! Shane is incredibly responsive, Kayla was kind and got me scheduled quickly, and Matt was timely and through in installing my three new toilets. It saved me from having to deal with more expensive issues down the road due to leaking. I highly recommend. 10/10 service and very reasonably priced.

Bought a new gas stove and needed the gas pipe in the wall adjusted for the stove to position flush against the wall. The technician came out on time, was professional, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was working before he left. I seek out smaller companies for a more personalized experience, and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend Towne Plumbing.

Today I found myself with pipes backing up in a commercial building. I gave Town Plumber a call and they showed up within an hour, found my issue and had it resolved in less then an hour. I was extremely pleased with Tate's work ethic, was extremely professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and they had next-day availability, which was a huge plus. I even received a confirmation email, so I knew everything was set. The plumber arrived early and called ahead to ask if it was okay to come sooner – which I appreciated. The job was to adjust the gas line behind the stove so my new stove could sit properly against the wall, and the plumber completed everything quickly and efficiently. Great communication, fast service, and top-notch professionalism. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

We called town plumber originally about 2 years ago for a leaking shower faucet. My husband will attempt to be a “fix it guy” with anything except for plumbing and electricity.
Town plumber arrived on time, fixed the faucet, and shared with us some suggestions to keep this from happening again.
We have used Town Plumber for many of repairs and renovations now. Show you before and after pictures. We love our recently renovated guest bathroom.

Towne Plumber to the rescue. We had someone come in to do some major plumbing and the guy was a plumber wanna be. He did not know what he was doing. We ended up calling Towne Plumber and Shane came in within a couple of hours and he and his assistant cleaned up and redid everything correctly and professionally. We highly recommend this company for any small or big job you would need. We truly appreciate their work and honesty.
