I had my water and ggas lines replaced on a historical house in downtown Concord. I found the workers to be pleasant, and professional at their tasks. They communicated their plan for repairs and stayed to the agreement. I will use them again for future jobs.

What a surprise and blessing. Two days after the job was completed, I received a call from the project manager, who explained he spoke with his team and decided that a larger gauged piping should have been used on the project and that the company would be replacing it at no cost. Wow. On Monday they came and dug out the entire length of the original work and replaced the perfectly good piping and replaced it with what he described as the best piping for the project.

One word describes the men of this company, integrity. Thank you for your honesty and great work. I 100 percent recommend them and will use them again.

It was very easy to schedule the free inspection and got the quote. The price was competitive and Andres was thorough in explaining the work which was required for the fix. Will definitely recommend and will be using them in future for all plumbing needs.

I booked an online appointment with In Demand Plumbing to check out an outdoor pipe that was leaking. I was able to get same day appointment and have it fixed right then. Our service technician was Vince, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way, once he was here, he assessed the problem and explained what was going on. He answered all my questions and then got to work. Vince kept my husband informed throughout the process of fixing the issue. Him and his team member Gio did an excellent job! We will definitely call In Demand Plumbing for any future plumbing work/repairs needed. I highly recommend Vince and In Demand Plumbing for any plumbing work you need!

It was a weird problem. In the end, the water meter was lying. Although the tech did not find the issue, not his fault, he was very thorough. I knew what wasn't wrong, which was extremely helpful. No problems recommending this company.

Woke up Monday morning to a broken water main with a river going down my driveway. I reached out to In Demand, Jeff immediately responded and got me scheduled for that day. Andre came out (arriving early), quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the break in the main. It was a deep break that took a while to get to, but they stayed late and finished the work in the dark, got our water back on same day. Great customer service, great communication, and great work. Highly recommend.

Elijah did a wonderful job installing our new beverage faucet to our RO. We had a primary room faucet that needed replacing an it was very tough to get out. Elijah kept all the areas he was working in very neat a tidy. He also took a look at our shower that wasnt producing enough hot water. He walked through our needs and gave us a price that was reasonable. I would recommend Elijah an In Demand Plumbing to all my friends 100%. They will be my first call for all my future plumbing needs.

Service excellent but should have a senior discount to help those living on a fixed income. Price was higher then I expected for a job took a little over an hour.

Zeek arrived on schedule, quickly worked up an acceptable quote, removed the old water heater, and installed the new one with a minimum of noise, debris, or inconvenience. Really just a seamless and trouble-free experience. We have used In Demand for many years, and they always know what they're doing.

We had an emergency leak coming from
our attic causing damage to our ceiling. Our appointment was scheduled within couple of hours of calling and Elijah not only arrived on time but was also very professional and fixed everything for us within the same day. We would only recommend In Demand Plumbing!

Although I can't recall the name of second person who came with him, (Jay?) he was also very polite and did a great job installing my kitchen faucet. Jose showed right at noon as per the appointment. He was explaining what would be involved in the repair. After seeing the swollen hose bib pipe he continue to provide info on what could be a problem down the line. Fortunately there was only a need for a hose bib tower and he went to the van to put the estimate together. After a half hour we agreed to the repair price and within the hour Jose finished the job. The job was done well, quick and on time.

Service was exceptional, the problems got resolved fast and the advice was good. I had my own preconceived ideas but once the technician got working on the problem and showed me what was happening, it made sense. I was so pleased how patient the technician was and how professional he was in explaining.

Andre was exceptional and thorough. What the insurance thought was a pipe leak, Andre ensured me it was not a plumbing issue. Definitely will hire again (Andre) on my upcoming remodel projects.

We had a bush removed in front of our house and saw the water shutoff valve was rusted and leaking. Russel arrived on time, gave us the quote and explained the scope of work to be done. Completed everything quickly and it looks and functions great!

Jared and Andrew were awesome. They explained in detailed what the process would be. Very attentive to detail. They cleaned up after themselves and worked non stop until the job was completed.
