From the technician who diagnosed the problem with our Bosch Microwave/Oven combo—Christian Martin—to the expert technician who came to install the faulty part—Shane Wolcott—our experience was completely stress free. The office staff ordered the needed part right away, and the installation took place within a week’s time. They handled the warranty issue so professionally and efficiently! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. In addition, this company was one of the most honest and trustworthy repair services we have ever experienced in an industry that can sometimes be dishonest. Excellent service and pricing. The technician, Andrew, came out and gave an estimate to repair the ignition module on our Thermador gas range. The part was ordered and within a week he was back and completed the repair...and charged less than the estimate! He took care to protect my counters and floor and cleaned up after the repair. I will use this company for any appliance repairs that I have in the future and highly recommend their services!

They did warranty service work on our Bosch dishwasher. Expert appliance repair, were professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. They kept us apprised of all appointments and timing and their technicians really know what they’re doing. I would use them for regular appliance repair based on my experience with the warranty service they provided. I was very pleased With their response and customer service.

The engineer called in advance, arrived on time, and was very polite and respectful of the property. He carried out a thorough investigation, fixed the issue, and cleaned and tested the appliance, a Miele tumble dryer. He was thoroughly professional and highly recommended.

Outstanding service. Communication was clear on price and expectation. They were on time, made repairs quickly and tested, discussed recommendations, fixed level on refrigerator, and cleaned up thoroughly. During all phases of diagnosis and repair they explained what they were doing. Truly superior service. Everything you could expect from 5 star! And, they are one of few who work on LG sealed systems.

Everyone at Expert Appliance was very responsive to our needs. Mitch came earlier Friday and installed the console on my washer in less than 15 minutes. I wished Lowe's would have refer me to Expert Appliance in the first place instead of the other company. The first company was terrible and made us wait 3 weeks and never fixed anything. I have one of the LG refrigerators that has a history of bad compressors. Mine is only 3 years old. Mitch was my tech and quickly discovered that my compressor had failed. Since these folks do so many LG's, he had a new compressor with him and was able to install it and put us back in business. Since this was covered under warranty, I did not pay anything. Mitch told me it would have been about $700 for parts and labor if the warranty had expired. I would definitely use this company again, it was a seamless experience. Thanks, and great job, Mitch.
