We had a great experience yesterday renting a unit. Dennis was so professional and yet very down to earth he made the process so easy. As far as the facility it looks clean and well maintained. Again, Dennis made it so easy to understand maneuvering the facility as well.

My time at the location started off great. However, it began to change brand ownership and managers. This did not make me change. However, I began to change a move to a different facility when they kept increasing the price for rent. However, the sweet lady that worked on Saturdays persuaded me to stay and would even give me credits. However, once she left, I decided it was time to finally leave and find a storage facility that was not having price increases every four to six months. The good is that the location has units of all sizes. The bad is that the pricing and brand ownership is not stable.

I stored some furniture here for about a year. When I moved I emptied the unit but I was going to wait to cancel my rental until I was sure I no longer needed the storage space.
Within a day they called me to check in because they (Willie) noticed the lock was off my unit. I really appreciate their concern and it makes me feel good to know my property was kept safe under their watchful eye. I would definitely recommend this storage center to all my family and friends.

Very clean and personable staff. The storage units are a bit like a maze but that's to be expected. I thought I rented a bigger size storage unit but when I saw it I realized it was too small and they were very quick to offer me another unit. I would reccomend storage sense for all of your storage needs. Sorry I wasn't able to get a picture of the actual storage unit my phone died.

Tomika was terrific in explaining and showing me my choice of units. I was impressed with the facility itself and the sense that they were customer service oriented. The next day Marley did the actual "paperwork" with me although it was all digital; fast and complete. I was happy to learn that rates stay constant for at least a year. Both staffers were eager to please, polite and professional.
