I had been putting off replacing my rotors + break pads for way too long. After a quick Google search and reading through reviews, I decided on Brakes To Goand Im so glad I did!
Since Im on the outskirts of Austin, I picked a public location so I could run errands while he worked. Marcos showed up right on time, test drove my car, and fully checked everything out before working. I originally planned to replace all four rotors, but Marcos kindly let me know only the rear actually needed it and the others were about halfway through. That honesty goes such a long way.
I still chose to go ahead and take care of all of them, but I really appreciated not being upsold. They also offer payment plan options, which made it so much easier and less overwhelming. By the time I finished grocery shopping, my car was completely ready!
This literally happened today and I couldnt wait to rave about them. Ill absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and family. Such an easy, honest, and smooth experience!

After getting a quote from probably 9 other shops locally, this business popped up. I decided to give them a call after seeing theyre mobile since it might be easier than wait at a shop with kids! They were so honest on the phone explaining rear and front probably didnt need to be changed at the same time and it was also a really honest price BY FAR than any other shop i spoke with. The technician came out and was really efficient quick and very polite. I will definitely contact them again for any other vehicle and I recommend them highly.

My truck rotors and we're grinding, and couldn't drive it orwait around at a shop to have it fixed. So I found Breaks To Go and got an estimate. I scheduled the work, and it was less expensive than the estimated cost. They came to my house and it only took 45 minutes. Jaime did a great job, and I highly recommend Breaks to Go.

Had some work done on my break this morning. I wasn't prepared. (Can't find wheel lock and didn't know my vin number) I had to keep calling them back .
Never was once they was short with me. Very nice and walk me tho the whole process. And fast great service.
This will be my break togo to from now on
And my had 3 yrs warranty, the cardealer I got the car from, didn't even offer that.

I called in the morning and needed to get the brakes changed. The team was able to have the job done in less than 4 hours from call the new brakes with reputable parts. Marshall the technician who managed our vehicle and his service was outstanding. Gloves the entire time and knew every time he was in the vehicle. He was willing to come back later to accomplish the goal and accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend them for brakes services.

A few days ago i reached out to Brakes-to-Go for an emergency repair yhat needed to be done same day since i needed to drive out of town. Best mechanic experience I've ever had. They were responsive and prompt to my inquiry, communicated clearly, showed up on time, and provided quality service. The best part, they come to you! No need to schedule time off work, they literally replaced my brakes in my office parking lot while I was on a client call. When I experienced an issue while braking with the same car over a year after the service, they came out again at no charge and replaced the (under warranty) pads.
