As a small remodeling business in Springfield MA of 14 years, I switched all my insurance; auto, liability, worker's comp to a bundle with Kovalev Insurance. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to Chris Schneider at Kovalev Insurance Agency! I found myself in a position where many carriers did not want to even offer me a business policy due to a prior pending claim, and any policies that were offered were astronomical. Chris stuck with me and through the process. He was very responsive throughout the process, found a carrier that asked a lot of questions and would listen to the circumstances. Chris secured a policy at a better rate than I could have hoped for and the best part is it isn't even a surplus policy. Chris is a pure miracle worker! Honestly, I so dreaded working with an insurance broker to find a home insurance policy. Kovalev seriously exceeded all my expectations. David and Tanya are hyper responsive, knowledgeable, detail oriented and result driven. They are able to get feedback and quotes far faster than anyone else we spoke to. When the underwriting hits a roadblock, they won't take no for an answer without a fight. Seriously, you should call or at least email them and see what they can do for you. Five star!!

Top notch experience working with DOC.
