Our practice, Altitude Behavioral Care and Integrative Health, was established to bring accessible, high-quality mental health care to individuals and families across Maryland. We provide psychiatric and behavioral health services grounded in research and delivered with compassion. Serving patients of all agesfrom young children to older adultswe create individualized treatment strategies that reflect the complexity of each persons needs. Our clinicians employ diverse therapeutic modalities to address ADHD, anxiety, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse, alcoholism, and other mental health conditions. We are dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive clinical setting where individuals of every cultural background, gender identity, sexual orientation, and faith tradition feel respected and supported.
Understanding that financial considerations are an important part of care, we accept most major insurance plans and collaborate with a broad range of PPO providers. We verify benefits in advance and review any expected out-of-pocket costs so there are no surprises. If your plan is out-of-network, payment is due at the time of service, and we issue documentation for reimbursement submission. New patient appointments are $150, and follow-up sessions are $100 for self-pay clients. Should your insurance not appear on our list, we invite you to contact us to confirm participation and receive guidance as you begin treatment without extended wait times.

The staff at Altitude Care and Integrative Health have been incredibly helpful in evaluating my daughter and I along with managing our medication. From filling out the initial appointment form to scheduling my visit, the entire process has been seamless. I love Dr. Tomi. Both my daughter and my husband are patients of his, and they are in the best of care. He is honest, fair, safe, and really cares about his patients mental health and their well being. My husband who just began suffering from anxiety and didn't really believe in it has not only come to accept his anxiety but is learning to live his life day to day with it because of Dr. Tomi.
