Robert did a fantastic job at diagnosing and fixing our kitchen faucet issue. He arrived right at the specified time , replaced our broken kitchen faucet and also inspected the rest of plumbing in the house. Explained what was done and was very friendly and knowledgeable! AAA experience with Robert!

Their patient , knowledgeable , and talented staff installed a six head multi split inverter heat pump system in my 1770 cape. It doesnt get more complicated than my install and Terry, Malachy, Jason, and Nick made it look easy. No ugly piping on the outside and seamless use of closets and chases for piping on the inside. Yes they do HVAC!

My girlfriend Rachel and I experienced a sudden back-up in our septic shortly after the holidays. What we hoped was going to be solved by a routine septic tank pumping turned into a bit more of an issue. With the help of Chris, Eric, Humberto, and Emma we were able to diagnose the issue and have a compromised septic line dug up and replaced within nearly 24 hours! The team at Benjamin Franklin is nothing short of remarkable and we could not have asked for a better crew of professionals to help us through this situation. We will certainly be using Benjamin Franklin for any further septic or plumbing issues that may come up in the future. We cant thank you enough!

Ryan is knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to and responded to my questions and concerns and was patient in explaining things and writing them down for me. He did a great job replacing the works under the kitchen sink and installing a water filter. Would absolutely put my trust in him again.

Vinnie and Myles came promptly to fix our hot water system - not knowing what the real issue even was! As soon as they looked they had the system working within a few minutes. Additionally we looked at the overall system, which had not been maintained properly, and we got a much needed education. We'll be getting them back soon for future maintenance and new system. More to come. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Customer service was prompt, courteous, educated, and pleasant.

Not sure of price compared to other. Customer service best received from anyone in long time. Ami took the time to answer my questions and explain how the sediment buildup could take awhile to get out system and best options for all water outlets. Brian did a great job explaining things on the first visit.

I had major water damage in my house due to 3 burst pipes that froze up when my furnace malfunctioned. I contacted Ben Franklin late on Sunday afternoon and within the hour I received a call from the owner. I explained my situation and he said he would have someone contact me in the morning. At 7:15 on Monday morning I received a text message that a technician was on the way. He (Rob Williamson) arrived at my house around 7:45am! Incredible!
He was able to locate the first of 3 burst pipes and repaired that one by 11:30. Turns out I needed major repair on my furnace including a new zone valve and a relay part that he had to order.
He worked straight thru until after5pm and was joined by his manager Brian.
I can honestly say these two were phenomenal! Both were compassionate to my situation, were very detailed on what they diagnosed the problem to be and what the required fix would entail.
I found this entire experience (except of course dealing with all the inconveniences) to be a very satisfying one and would not hesitate for a second to refer this company to anyone in need of plumbing work!

I had a great experience with Ryan Wesson from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our Combi hot water boiler (HTP ELU 150WCN) stopped working, but Ryan quickly got it back up and running. Nick was very helpful, and a great young man. We really enjoyed meeting him. Also my contact with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very pleasant and personable to begin with inspite of some mixup on information due to a system error with the Holiday. Everything worked out well. I had a broken water pipe that needed immediate repair, and Ben from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He clearly explained the issue, fixed it properly, and made sure everything was working before leaving. The work was done cleanly and with care, and the whole experience was stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing service.

The technicians came on time, exactly when they said they would be there. Nick was knowledgeable, they were professional and super personable. I was in a situation where I didnt have the ability/time to price other companies so I wasnt able to shop around and compare the work that needed to be done and the cost so Im not sure about that, but either way the cost was very very high. They charged $99 just to come because it happened on the weekend. I will stick with 5 stars either way because I it got done in a timely manner and the guys were good.

Aaron Diaz was amazing. He came out for an emergency on a Sunday evening and managed to do a tricky repair with very little room to move all without any damage to anything around it, which I thought was going to be impossible. Impressive skills. On top of that, he had great communication about what he was doing and is just a friendly guy. Highly recommended.

It was a great working experience with Ben Williams during well pump and submersible motor replacement. I still think I overpaid, but my water is up and running. Ben Williams was professional and courteous. I watched the entire installation and he didn't have any issue. He answered my all questions. Thanks again.

Ami was very nice to deal with. He inspected everywhere inside and under and around the house to determine the location of any leaks (which were causing an increase to my water bill). He explained everything he did and what my options would be if I choose to have repair services done. I will definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing to do the needed repairs.

Brian Lysak was very professional was on time and very knowledgeable about what was needed. He also was very personable. We discussed our pets and he showed me pics of his 19 year old cat which was nice. Normally people just come and talk about the job and leave. It was nice to be to be able to laugh with someone at 9 am in the

Earlier today I called Ben Franklin asking for my septic tank to be cleaned out. This company assigned a truck to arrive on the day I called.
Sam, the guy doing the work, was very conscientious. Thorough. Fast. He emptied my tank significantly better than any other septic service I have ever used. I will gladly talk with anyone who wants details.

Without doubt, this company does a superlative job at a reasonable cost.

Elliot was a great salesmen and was honest which is hard to find nowadays. He told me what is a must fix and gave me a great scope of work. The company also gave me an amazing price on a new install of my oil tank.

Nick, melichai and gentry were punctual, friendly and gave me a great time line of what was happening step by step. I could not be more please with how this turned out and this company. They quoted me and showed up the next day to complete the work and its amazing. Thank you and I would definitely recommend hiring them! If I have a plumbing issue in the future they will be my first call!

They are an awesome company, they ran into some issues and were more than accomodating to fix without additional charges and did a great job. I haven't had hot water in a month, not because of them either. I had other people out to check it for me and none were as thorough as Ben Franklin
