Mike was very helpful and transparent about what needed to be done, what could potentially be wrong (proving the worst and best case scenarios), and the cost associated with it. Jonathan was also very helpful and did his job well. He expressed his desire to take his time and make sure what he worked on was done correctly. Metcalf Plumbing services were provided by two plumbers who were very meticulous and persistent with efforts to detect the root cause of a plumbing leak from bathroom above dining room. Not able to detect the cause, they suspect the leakage, in theory, may have been caused by defective wax ring. They thoroughly and closely examined the pipes above dining room ceiling, finding insufficient evidence of cause, even with running water in shower and flushing toilet multiple times. If leakage reoccurs, there will be a followup service call. I am happy with their high quality of work and professionalism.

Great experience. Scheduling online was a breeze; team (Mike and Jonathan) was friendly and professional and quickly took care of a really tough clog that caused the disposal to empty onto the roof. Mike gave a couple of helpful pointers on how to avoid needing to hire a professional to deal with it again.

Very professional. They wore booties and cleaned up the work area. They offered to come the same day but that actually didn't work for me, so they came a couple days later. They fixed some poor workmanship done by a prior plumber as well as taking care of the acute problem. Mike worked tirelessly until it was taken care of. I am very grateful. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Danielle was a person who answered the phone gave me details on how to process works. Chris was the gentleman who came out and replaced the hot water heater. If you need a plumber, you can feel good about calling Metcalf. They are honest, and they go the extra mile to solve your issues. We saw water on our kitchen ceiling under our bathroom. We were able to get a timely appointment and Michael spent a long time tracing the issue. The charge was very reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful.
