Rewired Iowa

Thought I needed to completely rewire my house from the box out. Jon came out to assess the situation. He inspected the box, outlets in all the rooms, everything. Explaining everything as he went. Telling me the options I have because I didn't need to tear everything down to make the house safe like I thought. The guy spent probably close to 2 hours here with me being super nice and patient going over it all. Im so appreciative and greatful for not being taken advantage of and how great the whole process was. Saved me $20k plus easily. Will only be using Rewired from now on

Been a while since I've had customer service like this.

Jon reached out when he was on his way and advised an ETA. He arrived 5 minutes early. Ideal.

I welcome him into my home and he shows nothing but consideration and respect for everything in there.

Beyond that, the guy educated me about absolutely everything at every step of the process. Explained it to me in words and ways I could understand.

As a first time homeowner, I valued his willingness to teach me things while on the job.

Throughout the entire visit, it was evident that Jon is a "people-person" and he legitimately gave a rip about his job and how it helped customers and their families *stay safe*

At the conclusion, Jon reiterated what we had done today and thanked me for my business.

Listen, I have high expectations. I'm anxious and I could easily fit the profile of a tough customer. I'm not blowing smoke anywhere; these guys are the real deal.

Dominic and Tony did a great job. Very professional and tidy. They stayed late and got what could have been a multiple day project done within one very long day. Jon came out and helped with a smoke detector issue. Friendly and easygoing. Explained all the work that needed to be done. No pressure to accept work immediately.

Eduardo helped us from the very beginning and was very good at explaining our options for getting our electrical system up to code. He updated us on the progress that was being done and we’ve seen it in-person for ourselves as well. Eduardo is a very polite, knowledgeable and respectful person that I have gotten the pleasure of meeting. Electricians like him are the reason companies such as these deserve good ratings! We’re at the final stretch so I’ll update this as soon as they’re finished completely done with the job.

We hadn't heard of Rewired before looking to obtain bids for a complete electrical update. Of the bids we received, we are so glad we chose rewired. The work ethic of the staff was phenomenal. The electricians are very knowledgeable. Eddie had the most time here completing the electrical update. He was very pleasant and respectful. He is a great asset to Rewired Company. This was absolutely amazing service. We had an issue with the outdoor lighting and Jon was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue in 10 minutes. Could not have asked for better or faster service on this. Price was excellent and Jon left the location clean and completely as it was.

Recently a tree fell on the power lines in front of my house and ripped the main service out, I called rewired and they showed up first thing in the morning to begin repairs, Eddie and Frank made quick work of the repair (Replacement Mast and Meter Box) and fixed all the damages, they also worked with MidAmerican to get my service hooked back up as soon as possible! They were very accommodating during the entire process and I would recommend using their services!

Rewire is an amazing company that is very professional and considerate of us and our home. They were prompt and communicated every step of the way. Jon came the first day to assess the problem. He gave us and estimate and scheduled a team to come the next day. Todd and Logan came very timely the next day. They worked very hard, up in the attic on a very hot day, and continued to communicate what they were doing. Never wore their shoes in the house and were considerate of us. Todd and Logan were task oriented and very efficient. The next day Frank was also here. They were all excellent and the job was done right and in a timely manner.

I needed an outlet installed in my bathroom. Jon came to do the initial assessment; he was very professional, pleasant and very invested in giving me the best (and most economical!) option. Jeremy came today to install the outlet. Like Jon, he was very professional and friendly, especially to my pups! Rewired installed a Generac generator for our home. From beginning of process to the end of installation the customer service was SUPERIOR! John did an amazing job with a thorough estimate and explanation of the process! Jeremy and Frank (technicians/installers)were so polite, courteous, knowledgeable and amazing to work with!! I am really impressed with Rewired and their staff. We had an unexpected situation with water coming into our panel. Rewire was quick to come out (to Ames even) and evaluate. The original assessment was transparent about price (even if I was hoping for a less expensive solution 😉).

Everyone involved (from initial assessment to final touches) was extremely skilled with experience and knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond anything I would've expected - as they got everything up to code and were diligent making sure everything worked. James and Frank were also extremely friendly to us and our kids - That's even after about 12 hours of work during the day.

No regrets going with Rewired, and they will remain my go-to in the future.
