Joey came out to our home in SE Portland and did an honest job with very reasonable pricing. We had two others come out who quoted us SEVEN times what Perfect Service charged. Joey was very helpful and easy to work with. When Mike answered the phone he was very nice and accommodated us the same day, even though they had an already very full schedule. I def recommend and will use again!

North Portland backed up sewer line. Mike came out within an hour of us calling. He did great work addressing the blockage and gave great feedback on actions that should be taken to ensure there are no additional issues. Would recommend to anyone that needs this service

We live in South East Portland and recently had a clogged laundry drainage chute. Mike was great ! So informative and skilled at what he does not to mention friendly. We had to have our line , jet lined to clear the pipe. You could actually hear the difference as the water hit the main waterline. I highly recommend if you need a plumber this company is wonderful, their prices are reasonable and everyone is super friendly and skilled at what they do. They do exceptional work!

The Perfect Service went above and beyond to quickly fix our toilet water line in SE Portland. It needed to be moved to accommodate a new toilet and Mike came out ASAP, fixed it for 1/4 of the price we were quoted from another plumbing company, and was so incredibly fast and helpful. Im a female & it can be annoying to try and talk to dudes about home repair because they have a tendency to give you the run around Mike did not. Mike and his team at Perfect Service Plumbing went above and beyond on multiple plumbing issues that presented themselves in the process of renovating an old family property. All of the service calls involved unique and challenging plumbing knowledge due to the age and condition of the house and plumbing. Mike repaired and retrofitted with ultimate expertise and at a fraction of the price that other plumbers would have charged. Mike and his team proved to be honest , extremely skilled, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend him and his company and will hire him again. Also, Mike is just a really nice person and a pleasure to interact with.

This is an easy review to write. On Saturday, 9/6/25, my sewer line backed up. There was a bit of flooding in the basement. Drains and toilet weren't working. I called Perfect Service and got a very quick response. Mike was at my house in about a hour. He flushed the line. Everything was working again! However, a camera inspection revealed old clay pipes with extensive root invasion all throughout and at every joint. He recommended a new sewer line. He insisted I get three bids before agreeing to use his company. Three days later, the new sewer line was put in using the trenchless sewer line replacement method. I now have a new sewer line! My garden and yard were not impacted or damaged. I am very happy. I give Mike and his crew all the stars available. Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain is an excellent company: honest, reasonable pricing, with top-notch work.

I have an Airbnb, and needed to slip in an urgent diagnostic and repair between guests. Mike worked with me to get it done, using a smoke test to solve an intermittent smell problem that had been plagued me for sometime. This issue had baffled several other plumbers, but Mikes use of a smoke test got to the root of the problem.

Best plumbing experience ever! Made an appointment for an estimate the same day and got service scheduled for the next day. Fast, friendly and excellent work. Suggested a future de-burring of the sewer pipe to extend its service life and prevent future clogs. Replace main cast iron drop pipe that was 80years old and cracked. Mike was great to work with and his crew was outstanding. Recommend without hesitation.

Mike responded late in the evening on a holiday weekend to help us out with a plugged up drain system. We are very grateful. We found Mike to be knowledgeable and very efficient in his craft. Thankyou.

Mike installed an under sink water filter and spout. He was very patient while my wife debated the location of the faucet. He was highly professional to engage with, and was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. He had to cut through our quartz countertop, so there was no room for error. He talked us through it and left the area clean. We love our new sink filtered water spout! I would not hesitate to hire Mike again. Highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys are incredible. Had your classic DIYer issue. Cracked a pipe at 4:30pm and had to scramble. Mike was able to come out that night to take a look. Set us up with a first thing appointment the next day. Mark came out and fixed my mess and did it all proper. Everyone was incredibly professional and timely. Pricing is extremely fair. Perfect service was recommended by another company that did a sewer scope for us (Root Extraction). After a minor issue with scheduling they did a terrific job fixing our problem. Mike explained the costs and procedures clearly. They hydro jetted our clogged pipes and made sure everything was cleared.
