We recently purchased a CPO Volvo XC40 and had a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of working with Ryan Zucker, and he was personable, attentive, and dependable throughout the process from start to finish. He even has been helpful with getting our other Volvo needs taken care of even though it was not purchased at Gengras. We couldn't recommend Ryan enough and would love to work with him again in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience At Gengras Volvo. from the moment, my wife and I stepped onto the property we felt comfortable. There was no pushy salesman. Yeah when we needed to speak to somebody, they were right there and when we asked for a salesman, Ryan came out and after five minutes, it felt like we've known him forever we took a test drive and my wife and I took turns driving. He was very patient and even when we said we had other vehicles to look at he still never became pushy after we purchased it. He has done follow up calls. He helps set up the vehicle profile with the cell phones. Ryan is a true professional and he will be the one we're looking for when we buy our next vehicle. also, our XC 40 is the nicest vehicle either one of us I've ever owned. Thank you, Ryan.

Unfortunately, my wife and I were so excited to get into our new (CPO) Volvo XC60 and show off to our friends in town, that we completely forgot to take a photo. We started our experience when we came in just to get more information on Volvo vehicles and trim levels, when we were greeted by Ryan Zucker. He matched our energy, was very transparent, realistic with expectations and what we were looking for. It was only a matter of time before we made our deposit and were back to pick up our car. Ryan was amazing to work with and great with communication even after we left the lot. Although we might not be back for a few years for another vehicle, we would definitely recommend Gengras Volvo and Ryan to our friends and anyone looking to get into a quality vehicle with quality service.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to get all of my questions answered by their online Sales contact while I was traveling for business, and then they worked around my schedule for the test drive and in person questions. They handled all details for registering the car, and the handoff was efficient, friendly and easy. I would highly recommend Gengras Volvo of North Haven.
