We operate a professional practice offering psychotherapy, clinical counselling, and coaching services for couples. Our work is focused on assisting individuals who feel overwhelmed or unable to progress, providing support that promotes clarity and emotional stability. In parallel with our private practice, we maintain an academic position as an Associate Lecturer within the Therapy Studies unit of the School of Social Sciences at Western Sydney University. This role supports our commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing professional development.

In addition to working with clients, we provide supervision services to counsellors and psychotherapists. This aspect of our work is dedicated to offering professional guidance and reflective support to those working within therapeutic settings. Through supervision, we contribute to the maintenance of ethical standards and effective practice across the profession. Our services, whether clinical, educational, or supervisory, are delivered with care, professionalism, and a consistent focus on quality and responsibility.

Services
I offer two services: psychotherapy and counselling, both designed to meet your personal needs. Each approach works within different timeframes and is suited to varying life situations. Regardless of the path you choose, my commitment is to you. I strive to establish an open, authentic, and respectful relationship, honouring the distinct world you experience.
Couples coaching offers a secure space to reconnect, repair, and grow together. In a neutral environment, we help you address trust issues, intimacy concerns, or any life transition. Through therapy, couples can rediscover joy, rebuild trust, and develop deeper collaboration. This restorative process fosters a shared vision for a healthy relationship.
Clinical supervision with me provides a reflective space for practitioners to explore and enhance their professional identity. My approach, which is influenced by neuroscience and compassion, encourages self-reflection and resilience. This model helps supervisees navigate challenges, offering a formal structure for exploring fresh perspectives and fostering continuous growth.

Reed is an empathetic and intuitive counsellor, drawing on his deep experience of clinical psychotherapy and his personal practice of meditation and mindfulness. He has a strong capacity to help clients identify their issues, and collaborate on their own pathways to wellness in a way that suits them. I highly recommend Reed and would refer people to him without hesitation.
