I had a main drain line blockage on a Sunday. Called 4 or 5 places and either they never called back or told me they were not available. Someone at TMG answered right away, told me how much it was going to cost up front, and arrived in about an hour. In an hour the tech "Adam" cleared the blockage. I have a new plumbing company.

We had a wonderful experience with Alex and Justine yesterday. They were professional and respectful. They kept us updated throughout the entire job. We will recommend.

What can I say, when you have sewage backing up into your house you want help right away and you want the people who show up to be capable and experienced.
TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions were extremely professional, both on the phone and in person. The technicians (Mateo and Adam) were very conscious and diligent and got right to work.
I was very grateful when they were able to clear the blockage.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This company is the absolute best. Danielle was so helpful with my water damage situation. I was completely clueless and had no idea where to turn or what to do, and she helped guide me through the entire thing. This whole team is absolutely elite. We can't forget Paul. These two were incredible.Caleb knew exactly what Paul needed and ran to the truck to get it. Paul is an amazing person and incredibly gifted in his trade. He is very smart and puts incredible details into his work. Caleb and I learned so much from Paul and I am humbled to be able to provide him the work experience to achieve his potential. Paul deserves not only a raise but coffee in the morning if he wants it I appreciate these two gentlemen coming out and helping me put. It was refreshing to see them synchronize so well. Paul is truly a master in his trade and we are lucky to have him. ...Caleb Bergeron was a very good apprentice and I feel like he has been taken under his wing by a professional and Caleb is very eager to learn and picks things up very fast. Update 9/23/23 TMG is a great company to work with. They have done a bathroom remodel and a deck build for my wife and I. Couldn't be happier. Love the bathroom and the deck is incredible. Thanks Taylor, Paul and the rest of the team. UPDATE 9/23/23. TMG just completed a total remodel of our kitchen and mud/laundry room. Tyler, Paul, Paul Jr. Renaldo, Metaoe and the rest of the crew worked with all the changes we made after initial consultation, helped with the process of finding an electrical contractor as well as hunting down the materials when they were late or we need more. From begining to end a GREAT experience and I we are over the moon with our basically, new home, as they did everything we asked and needed. Daniel was the bomb when needed and I can't thank the TMG team enough. The amount of contractors out there is staggering, but I will never use anyone else if I need work done at my house. THANK YOU Tyler, Daniel, Paul and everyone else on the TMG team.

Did an awesome job. My water heater broke down. Danielle and his team did the water clean up from my basement and replaced my water heater same day. I am very happy and would highly recommend them. Thank you guys.

Had an emergency plumbing situation on President's Day... TMG fit us in their schedule within 2 hrs of the call and showed up on time. Tyler & PJ were awesome. Will definitely recommend this company.

TMG - Thank you so much for coming out today and helping us with our plumbing issue! Everything went smoothly and according to the contract. The owner was upfront and honest with us about what needed repair when he came to check out our issue. He had the quote typed up and emailed to us the next morning. The workers that came here were so polite and friendly! We will be contacting you for any future issues, and will recommend you to friends and family if any issues arise!

TMG was a god send from the start. From coming out the day I found the issue to working with me and my family through the rebuild and insurance claim I couldnt ask for a more professional and organized business. Tyler and his team of men (special shout out to Max) who dealt with weeks of rebuilding with screaming children and my big dog !!! Dealing with the insurance company was the hardest part of the whole ordeal and Danielle literally held my hand through the process. I wouldnt consider calling anyone else for any future plumbing issues !! I was overwhelmed and full of asbestos and couldnt be more grateful for the services provided. After every day of work the space was cleaned and there was nothing left around for my children to find or break which took stress off my plate as children are children. Thank you TMG and team !!! I can't praise Tyler and TMG enough. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, and TMG was the only company that was able to come through, and fix my problem the same day, within a few hours of me calling them for help.
The whole process was easy, and Danielle who took my call explained everything very clearly, and I knew what to expect from a service and cost point of view up front.
There was a lot of good communication provided by TMG. A clear set of paperwork was sent to me to approve the work.
Tyler sent multiple texts stating the time window when they would arrive, and when they were en-route.
The best part of the experience came when Tyler showed up with his helper and immediately got to work fixing my issue. They knew what they were doing, and were in and out quickly. They also made sure all the plumbing was working as expected before they left.
I would HIGHLY recommend TMG for your plumbing emergencies.

Got Tyler Gonzales name from a friend. He called me back very fast after I had no call backs from 5 other plumbing companies.

Paul Lynn was the plumber that came out. He was VERY nice. His work was fast and well done. Up graded a sump pump and replaced a stretch of pipe with pinhole leaks. He also pointed out potential problems that should be corrected soon without and pressure. The price seemed about average for the work. No big surprises.

Will definitely use TMG again.

I was looking for a mold remediation service and I interviewed 2 companies before coming across TMG and they were the right choice! Tyler and Paul both guided me and assured me of how they could help and guided me through the process of how and when it would be done! This company was so responsive and answered all my questions( and there were plenty) leading up to the day of the remediation. Tyler came to my home with Paul early in the morning set up the plastic got all the equipment up and going did help with installing a vent fan for the bathroom to help with the mold in the bathroom to be removed and the moisture to escape to help mold stay gone. I am so happy I hired them they are so honest, dependable, friendly and above all else professional. I just started doing renovations on my home, so I asked about my kitchen and they pointed me I. The right direction and cant thank them enough. If I ever have any questions about my home I know I can contact Tyler and Paul and they will be available to help.
