My husband Rich and I were in the market for a retirement home, one we could grow old in. We wanted one floor living, ease of access, energy efficient and ease of maintenance. We got all this and much more with Nick. Building a home from scratch can be a daunting event but Nick made it so easy. He was great to work with as was all his subs. The quality of our home is stupendous and Nick's attention to detail was amazing. The end result was exactly what we were dreaming of. One thing we really appreciated was Nick's willingness to communicate with us regularly through out the project, it was a great experience.

Nick Uccello builds a very solid home using the latest energy efficient building technologies. It's a great fusion of the traditional and current technologies and residential design. Jack Kemper Architects did great design work on our home and Nick's subcontractors all do high quality work. Additional custom interior work for a family room and an office was done well, under budget and quickly. A few minor issues covered under the one-year home builders warranty were corrected promptly by Nick. One of the best experiences we've had with a home builder.
