From the estimate with Sam W., to the cleanup once finished, everything went perfectly! Sam spent time reviewing everything to fit our budget and needs. He was not pushy or like a typical salesman. He really respected boundaries and was not pushy at all. They answered all questions timely and were quick to schedule me. The crew was professional and quick. 5/5 highly recommend. The sense of trust you feel when going with this company, is unmatched.

Pawcatuck Roofing Company did a great job for us. They did our roof replacement this year (2025) and came out for 2 smaller jobs in past years. Before deciding to redo our roof we had called them out for some tiny leaks after heavy rains 2 years in a row. These turned out to be easy fixes for them having to do with loose flashing in separate locations on our roof. For both smaller jobs they got back to us in a timely manner and came out to do the fixes quickly which was really appreciated. Our old roof was from 1999 and so we were not surprised when they advised us to replace it based on the condition of our shingles. Since it felt like a big job we got quotes from 3 companies. Pawcatuck Roofing Company gave us the best quote and we already knew their work, so we ended up going with them. We were not disappointed. They showed up as scheduled at 8:30 am with an awesome, considerate team and finished by 5:30 pm. Everything was protected with tarps and broom swept afterwards. We have had plenty of rain since and haven't had any problems. The roof also looks great. We were really happy and would certainly recommend them.

My roof was at least 25 yrs old. I freaked out a bit at the prospect of a more active hurricane season predicted for 2024.
Pawcatuck Roof gave me a fast and cost efficient estimate to replace it.
The workers arrived as promised finished the whole job in only one day. The site was thoroughly cleared and it was like they were never there. GREAT work and service!

Brent and his crew showed up right on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job tackling our complicated rooflines. We had them move two skylights which necessitated them working inside too but the cleanup was so meticulous that you’d never know anyone was there. The cleanup outside (after the roof was done) was just as thorough.
The price was good, the customer service was excellent and the job was done to our complete satisfaction.

I have used Pawcatuck Roofing for two jobs now and both times they have done an outstanding job. The first time was a couple of years ago for a broken tile on our multi-colored slate roof. I was nervous to entrust just anyone with that job because of how delicate the tiles are, but they handled it perfectly. I can’t even tell which one was replaced! This year I bought a house that needed a full roof replacement and a repair made to a tree damaged area, and I knew just who to call. Brent came out and talked to me about the job, I had a quote the next day, and the work was scheduled quickly. The team completed the job in 2 days, and when it was done, the project manager, Sam, called me to go over what was done and see if I had any questions. The roof looks great. Based on their professionalism and experience, you would think their cost would be higher than the competition, but they are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing!

Last week, Pawcatuck Roofing replaced the roof on our house and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome. From the initial contact when they responded promptly and provided their proposal to the completion of the job, Pawcatuck Roofing was professional and responsive to our requests. The work crew showed up early (before 7:30) each day and I was impressed with how quickly the crew got to work and how hard they worked throughout the day. A piece of my siding came down near my roof. I normally use a neighbor who is handyman. He has been promising me since May. It is now September and I finally decided enough was enough. I contacted Pawcatuck Roofing on a Tuesday. Rob came out on Thursday and said it was an easy repair and would schedule it. His Worker came on Friday morning and was done within 30 minutes. Both Rob and his worker were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I will recommend them to everyone and will not use anyone else. Totally and completely satisfied.

Brent came right out to give us an estimate for our roof to be reshingled and gutters installed. They provided us with a very fair price. They fit us into their schedule within 2 weeks. Sam and his crew took care to protect our property by covering bushes and using tarps. They were very professional and efficient. They had our house done in one day! They cleaned up so well--not a remnant left behind! We would highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing Company !! Our roof looks amazing and we couldn't be more pleased!

Who says you can't find people to work hard? Pawcatuck roofing has done that. We had our roof replaced because it was almost 30 years old. From Keith who quoted us to Justin who was the supervisor and all the installers, the experience was excellent.The job was completed in just 2 days. Work started early and went late. Roof work can be messy but the crew was very efficient and organized and left no mess. We would recommend Pawcatuck Roofing.

After 50 years it was time to replace the roof on one of our barns, and yes, as we expected, it was overdue. The team immediately responded to what they found, replaced rotted plywood, installed fire and ice waterproofing, new 50 year shingles and two new large farm ventilators. all within 3 days! Truly responsive and professional and all completed within a week from bringing in the dumpster to cleaning up the site.

I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing. The service was exceptional; from Brent coming to look at the job for an estimate, Sam the job manager and the guys that replaced the roof. The roof looks great and the yard was spotlessly cleaned up. Amazingly fast too. I'm so grateful I contacted Pawcatuck Roofing... I almost didn't because I figured they would be out of my price range being such a large company... they gave me the best (and detailed) estimate and I have piece of mind that my roof was done by a true professional roofing contractor.

We felt very comfortable after talking to Brent Holland and seeing some of their work first hand & reading online reviews to go with Pawcatuck roofing.
We had 4 different estimates and their price was very fair in comparison.
We had a very large job including a new roof with dormers, a detached garage and all new certainteed vinyl siding that looks like real shingles.
We also had all of our trim work replaced w azek , new gutters, Mitsubishi line covers and our lighting totally swapped out.
Brent’s crew with Luis at the helm did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be anymore pleased with all the details, it came out absolutely perfect.
Not everyone can have such a great crew whom works so hard and efficiently and a special shout out to Alex you are very talented at trim work.
I highly recommend using this Company for any of your roofing or siding needs, they will make sure all your concerns are met and you will not be disappointed 10 stars from us :)
