He answered every question I had and guided me through the entire process of pre-ordering my BMW M3 Competition. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Gezim was my salesman and, although they didn't have one on the lot, he was able to locate one through the dealership's partners. He handled everything to get it run down to this dealership right away. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, I was also on a time crunch to get the vehicle after purchase. Gezim was very communicative, calling me every day with an update on what's going on and worked with me to ensure I was in my car by the time I needed it. I showed up to BMW West Springfield late Saturday afternoon (they close at 5) and was interested in upgrading my BMW convertible to a newer model. I walked in, without and appointment, and was immediately helped by Gezim “G”. He was very helpful and helped me test drive two different cars. He stayed late (past 6pm) to work out all the trade in details and financing options. Overall I had a great experience and have owned my CPO BMW Convertible for a week today! I will recommend BMW West Springfield to any friends who are interested in a new luxury ride.
