We had an excellent experience with our sales rep Devin Booth. He located a car with the options we wanted and learned soon after that the car was sold at a sister dealership. He then went to work to find another vehicle with all the same features and color with the same price. He stayed in touch giving notice for the items needed to complete the purchase and on day of pickup everything was ready and waiting. He came in on his day off to make sure everything went as planned. Nice guy who is easy to work with. Thanks so much to Devin and to the finance person Stephen who also made things very easy. My second purchase at Gengras and each time things were smooth and professional.

Alejandro was extremely professional and helpful during our visit to buy a truck. This was the second time we’ve bought a vehicle from Gengras in East Hartford! I recently had an oil leak issue with my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Edgar, my service advisor assured me he would quickly resolve my problem and he did! He kept me updated on the progress and had the work completed a day early. Although there were no loaner vehicles, Jeff the service manager, contacted Enterprise to get me in a rental. This was the first time in a while I had a seamless major auto repair. Would definitely recommend to others and continue to use on the future.

I had a two day window to get a deal done on a Jeep Gladiator. Our family bas been looking for a used blue Gladiator Rubicon for a while now. After months of searching I found one at this dealership. Immediately messaged and called the dealership where I was assigned over to Mohammad. I sent over an email laying out my proposed offer with trade in details. I formed them we already had pre-approved financing with our bank.

Got to say Mo and Jim at Gengras came through for us. Helped me out of my lease with my old Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 30K + miles OVER of what the mileage allotment should have been (would have gotten hit with an $8600+ bill end of lease, easy) and got me into a 🤌🏻 choice 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit at an amazing price even by my standards ($12,500 in dealer’s incentives and even found an obscure $500 coupon which any other salesperson would probably skip). Car is gorgeous. Wifey is grinning ear to ear and baby has plenty of space for the stroller and all her stuff. Couldn’t been happier. Great job Mo! Thank you and we will be back for the Grand Wagoner next year. :)

I found the used car I wanted for my daughter online and, having purchased a used car from Gengras before, I knew this would work out in my favor. Devin Booth was the absolute best, from the moment we walked into the dealership to the purchase and his followup after we took the car home. He worked with me on the price and never once prevaricated or hedged, he was always kind, compassionate, honest and upfront. He is also very knowledgeable, but if he didn't know the answer, he said so and worked to find out. And he went the extra mile, literally, for me to obtain a second fob for the vehicle from the prior owner! His manager Rob Berman is retiring and I'm sorry to see him go because he treated us well and fairly. When it's time for me to go car shopping again, I will absolutely seek out Devin and Gengras.
