Beware of this dealership and the team behind it—Pete, Ray, and especially Nuno, the finance manager. They come across as helpful and friendly during the sale, but as soon as you sign the paperwork, you’re on your own.
I canceled my GAP insurance, and the company sent the refund check back to them. But now, they’re refusing to help me process it, giving me the runaround every time I call. Getting through to anyone is nearly impossible, and on the rare occasion someone picks up, I’m promised a call back that never happens. It’s like they’ve completely ghosted me since I bought the car.
To top it all off, they botched my registration paperwork, writing the wrong car name. Now, I’m left fixing their mistake on my own time and money. This dealership is unprofessional and full of empty promises. Don’t trust these guys—they’re quick to make a sale, but when it comes to customer support afterward, they’re nowhere to be found.
Don’t worry—I’ll get my money one way or another. It’s just a matter of time before I come in and handle this myself.

After my frustrating experience with this dealership, I have to give credit to Adelson. He was the only one who stepped up to help me when everyone else—Pete, Ray, and Nuno—gave me the runaround. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Adelson.
Adelson kept his word, followed up quickly, and kept me updated about the issue and thanks to him, things got resolved. If it weren’t for Adelson, I’d never consider coming back here.

I recently purchased pre owned car from Lotus of North Jersey in Summit, I feel that it's important to give credit where credit is due
and I must say that in all of my year "s car buying , this was by far my best used car purchase. I was able to review the car's history, see it's service history, and of course take it for a test drive. Everyone made me feel appreciated and comfortable throughout the process. The General Manager. a fellow by the name of Ray Gomez was personally involved and made sure I was happy. You should feel confident in buying a car from Lotus of Summit

I bought a used car recently from Lotus of North Jersey and it was the most incredible, painless, and efficient car buying process I have ever experienced. I wasn’t even in the market for another car but was recommended to stop in by a family member who had recently completed a purchase there. Adelson and his manager Ray paid close attention to my needs, listened and were very attentive. The car is fantastic - spotless, runs beautiful & looks brand new. They stand by the quality of their car stock. Highly recommend!

First time visiting this dealership for my Lotus Exige. Jordan in servicing was very accommodating to get me on the schedule at a convenient time for me. Once I arrived, the dealership experience was wonderful and Roger in sales made me feel right at home with coffee etc… as I waited for the quick service. In and out in an hour and also was able to buy some great Lotus merchandise. Would highly recommend this dealer for both servicing and purchasing.
