I just lease my fourth Volvo from Gengras Volvo Cars East Hartford. It's always a great experience to deal with this dealership. My salesman, Vecdet was so knowledge of all his cars and helped me decide which one would fit my needs and budget. I leased a beautiful XC60 and it fit my budget well. He helped to take the confusion away and I left thrilled with my new car.

Erika was wonderful to work with during the signing of all the financial papers. She was very good at explaining all the different factors that makes up your payment. She also made it enjoyable and relaxing as I signed all the contracts

Christian saved me after all the decisions were made. I'm not sure of his exact job description, but he orients you to your car. He took as much time as I needed to understand all the features my Volvo is equipped with and he made sure I knew I was welcomed to return to the dealership or call him if I had any questions. He has a great teaching style that made me feel less intimidated with all the features of my new Volvo.

I have been a customer for many years and have had very positive experiences. Gengras Volvo always exceeds my expectations.

We recently purchased our third car from the East Hartford CT dealership, and the service and facility are top notch as are the sales representatives and technicians. Christian is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the computer systems. Vecdet went above and beyond regular duties to make sure we had everything we needed.

This was my first service appointment at Gengras Volvo and it was as awesome as my sales experience with them had been. Andy, the Assistant Service Manager, was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The service was done on time, for the price quoted, and my car was vacuumed and the exterior washed. While waiting for the service to be done, I went to see Vejdet who helped me buy my car there last year. He was his usual pleasant and helpful self, making sure I was being well taken care of. I praise these two men for their excellent customer service skills especially at a time when many businesses seem to have forgotten how to care for their customers.

I usually do not leave reviews, however, I am compelled to do so based on the supreme service that car tech Christian M. provided.
He was so knowledgeable, one things that is seemingly lost in today's customer service.

I am not sure why my review showed up linked to another account. I bought my first of two Volvo's from Gengras back in 1994 and have never regreted the decision. Two cars, over 400,000 miles and consistent care and service all along the way. I feel like "Norm' in Cheers when I go there... welcomed and at home, whether it be in person or by phone. My car would not start this past Saturday (today is Monday) and I discovered that Volvo Corp would tow my car in for free. I wrote things up (the tow truck driver was familiar with the routine at Gengras). My phone rang just before they opened and they already had all my information and they have figured it out in one day. Through the years they have been SO dependable. They are efficient and trustworthy and caring and just great. I cannot recommend them more highly!!

Picked up my 2024 Volvo S60 plug in hybrid today at Gengras Volvo. What a great car buying experience from start to finish. No pressure friendly sales and management team. Special thanks to salesman Vecdet for working to get the price I wanted, Business manager Erica for taking us through the paperwork and Christian for walking us through every application and feature of the car. We left today feeling that we got a great car at a great price and a team at the dealership for support. Thanks All!
