Farhan, Chrissy, Sarah and the whole Gengras team were fantastic. This was the easiest and stress less experience I have had when buying a car. I hate buying a car because I always feel pressured at other dealership or feel they are always trying sell me something else. Not with Farhan, I told him what I needed and what I wanted. He was able meet my budget and I did not once feel like was being over sold on anything. Farhan was very responsive and responded quickly to questions and emails. I look forward to recommending Gengras to others and buying my next vehicle there.

This was my first time here, and I was genuinely impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. My appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes, but they finished the work in just an hour. They even set me up with a quiet office space so I could join a virtual work meeting. I left extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back.

We came in looking for a new car. When we pulled into the parking lot we ran into a sales person right away named Farhan Chohan. He made the process so easy that we walked out with a car same day. I’d highly recommend using this dealer when car shopping.

After that, Commercial Manager Josh Demaio took care of every detail leading up to delivery — truck specs, pricing, financing options — and secured an amazing interest rate and a fantastic price. He was always respectful, super communicative, and incredibly fast to respond. Josh made sure every step was lined up perfectly so pickup day would be effortless, even from out of state. I couldn’t have asked for a better point of contact!

When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was greeted at the door and they walked me through the entire vehicle. They gave me a full tour of all the features and truly added to the excitement of the moment.

For paperwork, I worked with Business Manager Chrissy Sansabrino, who made the signing process smooth, clear, and surprisingly enjoyable. She helped me choose the full bumper-to-bumper coverage with the maintenance plan — huge peace of mind for keeping my business running without interruptions.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the entire staff. This was hands-down the easiest, smoothest, and most enjoyable truck-buying experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a custom Bronco back in April, finally arrived in September and the communication throughout was awesome. The whole team at Gengras from the service team to sales team, everyone was enthusiastic, not fake enthusiastic either, the actually seems generally interested in me compared to some other dealerships that fake the connection. The team is genuine and made the purchasing of the Bronco seamless. I recommend going to them if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle!

One of the best car, motorcycle or boat buying experiences I have experienced in a long time. Farhan was engaging and thoughtful, far from the pushy salesperson we have all experienced. He worked with Gus to present me a trade-in in on my 15yr old truck that was better than fair, and I agreed to buy the truck on the spot.
I was then locked in the room with the finance person, even tho I was paying cash.
She was so honest and made everything so strait forward and simple. We also had quite an enjoyable time together!
But the most amazing experience was after the purchase, I emailed Farhan about some concerns I had after a few hundred miles. I was impressed that he responded almost immediately! All 3 offered some suggestions and advice on the engine and transmission warranties.
All is good now and I wish I lived closer to just stop in and say Hi!
I want to wish Farhan continued success in America, and Chrissy is just Chrissy, meet her and you will see what I mean.

The young woman from sales heard me clearly and scheduled an appointment!
When I arrived I was greeted by several smiling faces…then I was I introduced to Manny/a sales representative!
Today, I drove home my 2025 Ford Maverick!
There are not enough words to express my heartfelt gratitude! The time, consideration, care and appreciation was most welcoming. Some might say, “it’s their job”, yes, but Manny, Sarah, Jason, Alia, Chrissy (I’m leaving out a few names, not intentionally, but I simply couldn’t take in the overwhelming kindness I was given)
AND…my NEW vehicle is a ‘great’ ride and will serve me well in what I shall most sensitively use the Maverick for…‘transporting’ people I love!

Overall, my experience at Gengras Ford has been so amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Roger Bowles, he was fantastic.
