The work of change does not happen in isolation. It occurs within bodies, between people, and via the spaces that hold us.
I offer psychotherapy, clinical counselling, couples coaching, and professional supervision, grounded in the belief that people have an inherent capacity for growth and self-actualisation. Alongside individual and relational work, I provide supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists. The services provided support people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, and assist practitioners seeking clarity, confidence, and greater relational depth in their work.
My therapeutic orientation is person-centred, gender-affirmative, and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on safety, connection, and collaborative engagement. I work intentionally to build insight, capacity, and momentum. I hold a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, am registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, and am listed on the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
My portfolio of practice also extends to supervising postgraduate students at Western Sydney and Deakin Universities.

Whether our work is over a few sessions or longer-term, my focus is you. We build a collaborative, respectful relationship that recognises your lived experience and personal context. Through a humanistic, person-centred approach, I work to facilitate greater self-awareness and meaningful change. Our work helps you identify and shift patterns that influence relationships, work, and study.
Sessions provide a respectful setting to explore difficulties, including intimacy concerns, loss, or unresolved conflict. Working together in therapy allows couples to reconnect with what is valuable and meaningful. This collaborative process supports a deepening of trust, contentment, and renewed relational engagement.
The supervision relationship offers supervisees reflective time, a safe space, and a formal structure to notice, wonder, and realise fresh perspectives on current practice and professional identity. This process counters burnout and compassion fatigue, fostering resilience as you continue in your work.
