VERY happy with the results, the carpets look great. Chris was hesitant to promise cleaning a stain from a failed oil radiator heater but it came out! Very happy with the whole process and Chris. The regular carpet was damp once completed. Berber... not as bad. Took 8 + hours to completely dry the whole house's carpet. As a consumer....I would suggest renting a few box fans to speed the drying process - I only had one.

Jeremy from Bear Restoration was extremely helpful in the process of getting everything through mitigation and coordinating with the companies to put everything that had been damaged by water in my basement back to its original state. Had areas of carpet steam cleaned and some couch cushions. Both Chris and Patrick were fantastic. Friendly, professional, and efficient. They did a walk through first to get details on my goals, did the cleaning, and had a walk through afterwards to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Price point was very reasonable. This is the second time I've used Bear Cleaning & Restoration and would highly recommend!

Our service rep did a fantastic job. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, plus a messy housewife, so our carpets really needed to be cleaned. We had one area downstairs where my wife keeps the litter boxes that was just awful. After he was done, they looked just like new. I was very impressed. We’ve used you a lot in the past and we’ll continue to do so in the future.

We had a basement flood which caused water damage to our recently finished basement. We thought it was completely ruined but Bear Cleaning & Restoration cleaned it up and restored it so that it looked and smelled better than before the loss. Michelle in the office was so helpful and kind, and Juan worked very hard to get everything he could out of our insurance company. Great people, highly recommended!!
