I have had 2 units for over a year and was thrilled with response time when I first rented. After a unit flooded and ruined some of my possessions and I found out how difficult that Safelease (the insurance company their site directs to if you don't provide your own) is to deal with I was less happy. After having issues getting responses from Branson Bays and getting Branson Bays to respond to the insurance company I am much less satisfied. Until they decide to be responsible and help take care of a customer renting 2 units from them, one that would be empty now if I could get this insurance claim settled, I would hope they would treat me with respect. I gave them the opportunity and it has now been a full week since I demanded they help but all I got was we messed up and we are on it. Still no help from Safelease, very poor insurance option, and no confirmation from Branson Bays. Please communicate to anyone in the area that this business does not care about customers.
