Michael has installed a landscape wall, redone all of my landscaping, installed irrigation and resodded my front lawn. Pineda properties is affordable, responsive and does excellent work. He continues to do an excellent job with all of my landscaping and yard maintenance. Highly recommend him. Great young man.

I’ve used Pineda Properties for multiple landscaping projects and they never fail to deliver. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the best plants and stone work for my project. I was having issues with pooling water and they helped design a draining system to alleviate that issue as well. I will be using them for any additional future projects!

Pineda Properties is top notch. We had a pressing drainage issue arise at the same time I was planning a big install of plants. Michael and his team came in, confident they could provide a solution to our problem and get our plantings done in that critical Fall window. They did such a phenomenal job with everything. They made suggestions to modify our original design to accommodate any runoff issues and everything made so much more sense than the original plan. They went the extra mile on planting with peat moss and installed extra thick mulch to protect our shrubs and trees. They've been responsive and have accommodated us in so many ways, including taking my worried calls about how our hydrangeas are holding up, and setting me at ease. We are trusting them to do a few more additional small projects, we've been so happy. We now have a yard to be proud of! I wish I had more photos of the finished back yard, but will share what I have!
