Services
We assist clients in navigating anxiety by offering experienced, compassionate, and research-supported care. Our guidance helps individuals recognise how physical, behavioural, and cognitive responses contribute to anxiety, and when these reactions may indicate a clinical condition. Using established psychological therapies, we work with clients to reduce worry, manage symptoms, and support their return to everyday functioning.
Our team provides professional psychological services for depression, focusing on compassionate care and clinically validated treatment pathways. Depression may involve emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and biological elements that interfere with everyday responsibilities. We offer targeted interventionsincluding CBT, Behavioural Activation, ACT, and trauma-informed modalitiesto help clients address underlying processes, reduce symptoms, and re-engage with meaningful activities and personal goals.
Our practice provides structured trauma-focused therapy designed to support individuals affected by distressing or threatening events. We help clients recognise how trauma can shape thoughts, emotions, and daily functioning across a range of conditions, including PTSD and related disorders. Through proven therapeutic approaches, we promote safe processing of memories, reduction of symptoms, and long-term resilience. Our commitment is to sustained psychological recovery.
We offer specialised therapeutic services for children and teenagers who may require additional guidance during formative years. Our qualified psychologists tailor treatment to each young persons needs, helping them manage emotions, cultivate positive relationships, and progress socially and academically. We maintain a supportive, ethically guided clinic environment and work with families appropriately. Our experience includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and emotional regulation for clients eight years and older.
Our OCD service focuses on assisting children and adults who face recurring intrusive thoughts and the anxiety these create. We use evidence-based psychological treatment to reduce dependence on compulsions and interrupt the obsessive-compulsive cycle. Through graded exposure, clients gradually face manageable fears while refraining from safety behaviours. This promotes habituation and supports long-term improvements in coping and symptom management.

I had a great experience with Hardwick Psychological Services through Dr Sarah Pollock. I found the listening and unpacking of the issues was transformative for me. Should have engaged with Hardwick years earlier to create a positive outlook and plan forward.

I have been seeing Sascha for years and have been able to navigate through incredibly unpredictable and rapidly changing external environments thanks to Saschas whole human, multi-discipline approach to therapy. Different methods and tools over the years to helped me identify my triggers, reactions & behaviours reflecting on, feeling into and applying more growth focused, healthy responses. Always a journey, and never linear of course, but the work we have done together is sticking and I am grateful for it.
