One week after an excellent installation, we had an accident that bent emergency handle. The person I spoke with from their office arranged for someone to fixed the problem the day I called. Kasey was able to fix the problem quickly and again checked that everything was back to new. I also appreciated the text letting us know his eta!

Orion was so knowledgeable and helpful with our frustrating garage door situation. He explained everything thoroughly and I never felt pressured to pay anything more than our service fee. Our garage door needed to be replaced as it was not functional. I called A+ and they came out, assessed the damage and provided a quote in the same day. They also provided a temporary fix to allow the door to open and close. They provided a reasonable price for the door and labor, threw in new trim replacement and provided a military discount on the door. When the door was ordered, they came back and removed the old door, adjusted the location of the motor for smoother operation, installed the new door, added trim that had a great seal, and disposed of the old door. This is truly A+ service! Not too mention a warranty included as well!

Process to schedule appointment was quite easy online. My appointment was very quickly confirmed. I was notified when they were on their way and sent a picture of the person who would be coming to do the repairs. He reviewed what I wanted done before he started and then did a full evaluation of my garage doors. He then presented his recommendations to fix the problems mentioned and also make some improvements. He gave upfront pricing for each service, answered my questions , and did not pressure me into anything. After job was done, he showed me what he did and made sure I was satisfied with the results. He then communicated their warranty on his work and the parts installed and provided the information to me for future reference. Price charged was price quoted. A good experience with Rich and would definitely recommend him and A-Plus to others.

I called A+ last night because the spring on my garage door opener broke and they told me they would send somebody out the next morning. The next morning at 7:45 AM Kasey Hawks was calling to let me know that he was on his way. When he got here, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He replaced both springs in no time at all and had my garage door opening better than it ever has before.

Rich was accommodating to my work schedule and arrived to my home just five minutes after I did. He explained in detail the current concerns I had. He then took time to estimate all the options for repair or replacement. He secured the current issue until a new door can be chosen, ordered and installed. We just replaced our garage door through A Plus and had a great experience. A Plus came promptly to assess and quote a new door. The new door arrived as quoted, on-time, and installation was quick. Our installer Cameron Hatch was great - he arrived right on time, explained everything they were doing, completed the install quickly, and then trained us on the function and maintenance of the door. Overall an easy, hassle-free experience.

Super great Experience. Ari was very informative and explained everything well. Found out my garage was poorly installed from the start which started to create the issues. Door would not shut correctly and cables would come off track. Ari was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. Door shuts properly now and is finally realigned fixing the install issue. A+ service. Would recommend for anyone with any garage door issues.
