Chief Chicago Limo was amazing in getting us to and from MDW. We were traveling with a baby where we needed to strap in our car seat and had a lot of luggage so I didnt want to deal with the uncertainty of car type and availability with Uber. Our car was already waiting for us once we were ready to leave home and texted us immediately as we landed letting us know where to meet him. Both vehicles were incredibly clean, and the rides were comfortable. Highly recommend and will book again!

Excellent car service! I want to give 10 Stars! Exceptional service from start to finish! Easy booking, great communication, amazing driver that was very personable, friendly and professional! Flight was delayed for several hours, but I had nothing to worry about since the driver had already checked the flight status and was already at the airport waiting for me to help me with my luggage! Overall I had an amazing experience and highly recommend!

What a pleasure it was to have Jay transport our party which included my 80 year old mother from the Amtrak station to Ohare! With large luggage and a wheel chair in tow. He was very professional and extremely prompt! Communication was impeccable. With communication prior to our arrival on Amtrak letting us know that if we needed an earlier pick up to let him be aware. I received amazing service. My first time to Chicago. The driver picking me up at OHare took the time to provide detailed instructions on where to meet. The car was clean and extremely comfortable. He gave me descriptions of the vehicle and the license plate. On my return trip my driver was the owner. He was personable, professional and so very kind. I highly recommend this service

This company has changed my future travels from now on, I always thought that taking a driving service would be too expensive, but now with these guys, I didnt have to fight for parking and pay the ridiculous airport prices. We have small kids so the curbside drop off alone was worth it. This was a great service at a great price. Definitely will use from now on.

Traveling with my family during these challenging times is hard enough, let alone to downtown Chicago. Upon arrival our driver Kalo was waiting, helped with our luggage and before we knew it at our hotel in downtown Chicago. Because he was so nice, clean and sanitized car, we hired him to drive us around for the several days before also taking us back to the airport.

As a woman traveling to Chicago solo, with the pandemic, and multiple unknowns, I researched the BEST for transportation. I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Amazingly awesome! Very dependable, safe, super clean, and professional. Elena picked me up from the airport, and the most amazing gentleman dropped me off upon my return. I cannot remember his name but I know he lives on the Northside of Chicago. You will not go wrong with this company!

From start to finish the driver was professional and courteous. He helped solve a scheduling issue and monitored our flight. It was nice to get a welcoming text when we landed. We were desperate to find a way to ship our car and our 14 year old dog Kit cross country once we sold our home in Los Angeles and intended to move to Connecticut. The car shipping business proved to be filled with untrustworthy opportunists and the pet transport business presented mounds of bureaucracy and paperwork, and ran the risk of putting our elderly beloved dog at risk flying in air cargo in the midst of hot weather. My wife found Chief Chicago Limo online. The head of the company introduced us to one of their drivers Jay, who was willing to drive our car AND dog cross country. Jay was an ex-police officer who lived in Chicago We spoke on the phone. He seemed like a lovely man but would you trust your expensive car and beloved family dog to a total stranger?! We did. And we were grateful forever more we trusted our instincts. Jay could not have been more reassuring, empathetic, responsible, trustworthy and kind to us as well as our dog. He mapped out a trip. Determined a fair price for the journey. We gave him half payment up front and the balance when he arrived safely. Our dog took to him to such an extent he sat at his feet when they arrived on the east coast instead of mine. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are a rare find you can trust and will provide you the services you are looking for.

My dad booked this car service for my friends and I and it was amazing. We were very hesitant to take the train due to covid and the fact that we had quite a bit of luggage. Kalo was our driver and he made sure we all felt safe and even gave us hand sanitizer as soon as we stepped in the car! It was quick, safe, and a lovely ride to the apartment. 10/10 recommend booking them for your next trip in Chicago.
