Excellent service, very highly recommended! Driver knew exactly what he was doing and very professional. Got our suburban out of a 6.4 clearance parking garage with no issues in about 20 minutes. I had called others and literally they all said it could not be done. While parked at Marriott LAX Parking for 10 days, our suburban was broken into damaging the ignition and the catalytic converter stolen, leaving it nonoperational. This company saved us big time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much!!

Sam was incredibly helpful. I called Subaru for roadside assistance and waited over an hour. This gentleman was walking his dog and asked if I needed assistance. I let him know that help was on the way. 10 minutes later he showed up and helped me out anyways. I am so grateful for his assistance. He changed my tire and brought it to his place to patch it. I was on my way to see my dad for Father's day and had to cancel. Thanks to him, I was able to head out of town. He asked for nothing for his time and materials. I have never encountered such kindness. He was professional and efficient. I highly recommend him for his service. He genuily cared and made sure I was ok. He even offered to check my other tires. He's an angel.

i had wonderful sevice with los angeles towing.
my car broke down my AAA membership just cancelled thought i never use it FML so they didnt care tried renewing horrible service whatever so i found these guys they were close by they came over in 15 minutes towed my vehicle to my bodyshop in west los angeles and were affordable and josh was very helpful throughout the entire process.

The best decision I ever made was calling Los Angeles Towing. I went to 7 11 and when I came out I forgot that I had parked in front of a cement block. I drove on to the block and freaked out. I did not know how to get out, so I decided to keep pressing on the gas. This was not a good idea because now my car was stuck, balancing on the block. I tried to reverse, but it was no use.
I had gotten myself into a sticky situation, because now I needed a tow. I did not know who to call and I was feeling ashamed. I decided to search the internet for a towing company, when I came across Los Angeles towing Services.
I called and explained my embarrassing situation to the girl on the phone. She was very nice and told me that surprisingly this is not the first time that this sort of thing happened. She told me that a tow truck would be there soon and comforted me. Barely 20 minutes passed and someone showed up. I was nervous, but then realized that there was no reason to be. He was very nice and punctual. He used a jack to lift my car, and then towed it so there would not be any extra damages to my car. I was very glad that he was that careful. I was free to leave in 10 minutes. This company is amazing and totally professional. If I ever need a tow again I know who to call.

We are a towing company located in Tarzana, CA. We own two tow trucks and provide roadside assistance to locals here in the area. The other day We got a call from one of our good clients with a small fleet of cars. He was in need for a roadside assistance in Santa Monica. Randomally I chooce to call Los Angeles Towing Services, Marsella the dispatcher picked up the phone after half of a ring.
She was very nice and I could hear the professionalism over the phone.

After many years, we decided to sell our 67 Chevy Camero.
The automobile was standing in the garage for over ten years so obviously it wasn't drivable.
So me and my wife called some various towing and transportation companies to get some quotes, and understand the prices of that type of service. We had never towed or transported a vehicle before.
After few hours of the towing market research, we decided to go with Los Angeles Towing Services.
The driver who came to help us looked very professional and promote. From my point of view, he did an amazing job.
The price was very fair comparing to the service. Well deserved five stars review.

Had a great experience with this towing service. I had to get my BMW towed to the valley from west Hollywood after it wouldn't start. the representative came quickly and was very professional.
