Excellent service from next day appt to professional work to calmly dealing with the issues of a historic entry door.

Amazing service! I lost my car key fob while on vacation in Mexico. While in the Cancun airport I called Locksmith Philly and explained the situation. My car was parked at a hotel near the airport and our flight wouldn't be in until late. He told me not to worry and it would be done and he would leave the key with the desk. I gave him my car information to verify. He sent me a video of the key fob working in my car and I was able to venmo payment. This turned a really stressful situation around. I highly recommend!

Dealing with these guys your dealing with an honest company and someone who takes pride in making the customer satisfied . He goes above and beyond truly. I called him around noon to ask if they could replace a car key that was lost and if there was any way he could turn a regular old Carkey into a flip key. Not only did he give me the flip key I asked for but the ones he was trying weren't really compatible with my key ignition and alarm.he kept trying until he got it to work (2 keys later)and this only took about 30 minutes . He showed up on time,helped withwhat I needed help with and even gave me 5$ off the price for gas ! This company is the best around hands down . You regret calling them!

I recently locked my keys in the truck while unloading groceries, I call Locksmith PHILLY and the gentleman took my information. Inform me that someone will be out within an hour, George arrived in about an half hour and got me in my car with little to no effort. Made a Copy of My car key LITTERALLY under 15 minutes!! I was Like that's it? Wow! Haha, If you're Nervous that you might lose, Misplace, or just need a Spare key hanging around for Not just your Car Key, But ANY key? This is one hell of a place that does it right! I made an appointment to have my locks changed on a Friday evening and my appointment was Saturday morning. The person on the phone was friendly and accommodating. My locksmith Georgie was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and friendly. My toddler also really likes him. The service was quick, efficient and neatly done. Leo was very friendly and helpful. He even helped us remove a storage bench in the living room that we didn't need. He arrived on time and was very efficient. Customer service is the Best!! We have a very unusual lock and unusually long keys. We have had keys made from everywhere for our house and they just spin and spin in the door. Leo came to our house to take a look and manually filed down a key to the correct size so it would work in our lock. He came quickly and was extremely helpful! 5 stars!

All the good reviews on this business were totally on point! I would give them a 10 on a scale of 5!! Very professional and very knowledgeable; this is so hard to find these days. He was prompt and I always reached someone directly when I called.
I was so apprehensive about having my lock changed at the last minute because it has all these features and I'm expecting a lot of traffic this coming week, but after meeting him, I put all my concerns to rest. There were a lot of problems with my installation due to a damaged "new" lock and previous poor workmanship, but he assured me he would come back today after I went out and bought a replacement, and he did. In addition, he corrected the misaligned holes on the door and frame, and fixed the latch on my handle. All this took a least double the estimated time so I expected the cost to go up, but it didn't. When I offered him additional money, he refused (so add trustworthy to the list). By the way, the cost was much less than I expected, very reasonable.
I am so happy with the workmanship and so excited that I have a locksmith for all my future projects.

Customer service is outstanding, friendly, & informative, one of our demanding commercial clients had an issue regarding a lock cylinder and housing. Leo was very nice and personable. I got locked out of my house because of a bad lock. He was quick with showing up and getting everything fixed. He was also thorough in answering any and all questions (which my mom had plenty of). I would definitely recommend.
