The 2 stars are for coming out efficiently on same day. However on my invoice it says running the jet for 2 hours. It literally took less than 5 minutes to unclog my drain at a cost of $898.00. Absolutely ridiculous and I am barely getting by. The owner called me and made things better. Thank you!

My first review (below) was in late 2023. Google reviews doesnt allow additional reviews but suggests editing the original review. Heres my more recent review:
February 2025: The other evening after dealing with water on the kitchen floor from what I thought was a leak behind the dishwasher, I sent an email to Franklin Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. I added that the garbage disposal kept stalling and that I had a question about a sink in the master bathroom and asked if they could look at those, also.What a surprise to get an email in response that evening instead of the next morning! Sonia called me the next morning and scheduled Jantonio (aka Tony) to arrive between 11am and 1pm and kept me informed about his arrival with texts. He arrived just before 11 and checked things out. Dishwasher wasnt the problem. It was the disposal, which leaked when the dishwasher discharged water through it. Tony replaced the disposal and left the area spotless. He and the others from Franklin Plumbing were great to work with and worth every penny!

2023: Water backed up into the master bathroom and sewage into the tub. Franklin Plumbing sent Jantonio who arrived only a few hours after my call. He went about identifying the problem and then fixed it. He certainly knows what he's doing! The service was worth every penny!

Franklin came the same morning I called.
The technician was knowledgeable & friendly & was able to give me a quote on the spot. These guys came ready to work.

Jantonio did an great job fixing a broken drain under the house. The job required cutting into the foundation slab and he was extra cautious in minimizing that jackhamming to make the cosmetic fix as easy as possible afterwards. Would recommend

Franklin plumbing are my heros today. In a day they had my plumbing fixed. Elias was wonderful in every way. He explained as he went and loved on my dogs so now he's also their hero to highly recommend!!!!

My tub/shower was leaking. Franklin Plumbing sent somebody out in a couple of hours. Mr. Pinckney showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He showed me pictures of everything that he saw and explained In detail why he thought it was better to replace the entire faucet than to try to repair it. After the job was done, I was very happy that I went with his recommendation. He was very courteous the entire time he was at my house and very respectful of my property. Nobody likes spending money on Plumbing repairs, but if I need to do that, I would happily call Franklin Plumbing again. The person in the office setting up the appointment, I believe her name was Sonja, was very courteous and did a good job getting me help in a couple of hours. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Franklin Plumbing.

Jantonio, did a fabulous job plus he was easy to talk to, he assessed the job and let me know what the total cost would be before performing the job. Definitely will use Franklin plumbing again for all my future needs.

Lawrence is an excellent plumber! I have used him several times to fix issues in my home and I cannot say enough good things about him. He embraces the concepts of great customer service. His professionalism and expertise is outstanding and he is a really nice man. Lawrence is my plumber for life and I highly recommend Franklin Plumbing and Drain Cleaning.

We have recently used Franklin Plumbing for several major repairs. We had two different people do the work: Eli Ramirez and Alexander Reyes. Both of these guys were well trained, knew what they were doing, very polite and kind. The company is quick to respond and get your work done. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated what they have done and would most definitely recommend Franklin for any plumbing needs you may have.

Office staff and tech were very friendly and professional. Jantonio gave a clear and detailed description of the work that would need to be completed and the quote was sent promptly.

As usual, Franklin Plumbing exceeds expectations. They answered all my questions, gave me good advice, and will fix my problems. Great company, great service, at a reasonable price.

In the last couple of weeks we used Franklin Plumbing for two unrelated issues. We were very pleased with their expertise, effectiveness and polite, professional approach. Jantonio (and his assistant on one of the issues) did a great job! Im glad to be able to recommend them. In addition, the office staff (I spoke with Sonia/Sonya) were very helpful and polite - as good as it gets. :)

I called them to repair a leak under the kitchen sink. Two days later the leak was still there. I called again on a Sunday morning to tell them it wasnt fixed. Nobody called back for 2.5 hours. I called another company which came out and fixed the problem. The owner from Franklin pumbing called back and apologized and refunded my money. He even called again the next day to see if there was anythiing else they could do.They did a great job of making things right. Thank you. I would call them again as they take pride in addressing things.

We called Franklin Plumbing based on ratings and reviews and couldnt have been happier with their promptness and professionalism. Our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Our technician, Eli, came out, assessed the whole house, and replaced the unit on the same day. We had a second unit that needed to be replaced and he took care of that as well. Eli was very knowledgeable, thorough, polite, and extremely hard-working. Hes an exceptional young man. We highly recommend Franklin Plumbing.

I have nothing but good things to say. Needed my garbage disposal replaced. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day. Elias was here when they said he would be. He was efficient and an absolute delight. Definitely will use them again.

They are absolutely wonderful! JC and Eli were absolutely understanding to our family needs. JC did a wonderful job. Eli is great! After another plumber messed up our drain switch, Eli recommended new type of switch . It's perfect! Thank y'all. We will be using you in the future.

Had water leaking from my ceiling and called this company to identify the problem. Dispatch had someone out right away. My technician JC was very nice and knowledgeable about my issue. He offered different scenarios and did not overcharge me for things I didn't need. I greatly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I can't speak about the other technicians from this company but JC is great!! I would definitely recommend this company

Elias is a great plumber. I had a problem underneath my kitchen sink and he found the problem quickly. The faucet bracket was corroded and I needed a new faucet. Finding something to fit the holes in my countertop was difficult and the old faucet was no longer manufactured. I found a suitable replacement on line at Lowes and was given the opportunity to go purchase it and Eli came back to install it. He had Jared with him and I could hear Eli explaining things to him - he is a caring mentor. Shortly after he left I was showing the new faucet to my husband. It is a swivel for two sinks and saw the seating needed to be adjusted. I called and spoke with Sonya and Eli and Jared were back in just a few minutes to adjust.
Price was reasonable and communication with the company on technicians arrival was super .

Dakota Tierce was my technician today. He was awesome! He was prompt, polite, and very informative. I always have positive experiences with Franklin Plumbing. I highly recommend their services.

They had a technician out the same day! For having a commercial plumbing issue Eli was able to diagnose and fix it within 30 minutes. Eli was very professional and got our problem fixed very quickly! Pricing was also really reasonable with what we had going on. I highly recommend Franklins Plumbing!

After finding old water damage during a demolition and not being able to completely turn off the water supply lines. I called to replace the supply line control valves. Quick, professional, friendly. Thanks Franklin
