Recently took my Ford Escape in to have the brakes checked out. I highly recommend this place for brake repair in Logan UT! Many other auto repair shops feel like a high pressure environment to invest in unnecessary repairs and are so common for getting the runaround with confusing jargon. The team at Brent Allen Automotive was super easy to work with, explained things very clearly, and asked for my approval before any repair happened. Definitely will be bringing my car back in for future auto repair needs. Great place to get an alignment done. I have brought several vehicles here and have always been pleased with the results. I like that they provide a detailed report of all the measurements and adjustments made. Excellent customer service - they worked me in their schedule on short notice and even had a loaner car available that I was able to use to run some errands while my car was being worked on.

Fantastic service experience! Brian and Ryan are both fabulous although somewhat difficult to distinguish between each other because theyre both so good and their names sound so much the same, LOL. Needed extra help with the car to be repaired from a distance which didnt faze them in the least. And what else did they do? They delivered the car to a storage unit to wait for us to come pick it up.
Folks, this kind of service just doesnt happen anymore.

I was impressed how they showed through testing what was wrong with my vehicle. There were photos and an explanation and an estimate with parts and labor included. After work was finished they explained because of the age of my vehicle that other problems could occur and made me aware what to expect and recommendations for better maintenance to get more life from my vehicle. Brent Allen has some good customer service and show they care. I would recommend them to anyone.
