I called Johns Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair due to an issue with a refrigerated vending machine. John went above and beyond to assist me in determining what the problem was. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone having issues any and all appliances along with anything in the areas of heating and cooling. Our Refrigerator definitely had an issue when woke up Saturday morning. Odd smell and the controller kept kicking on an off. After doing a bit of research and calling around, I found John. Called him immediately. What blessing to hear he would be able to help us later in the afternoon..

John showed up same day. He installed a whirlpool stove top in peachtreecity for me. Very nice and pleasant to deal with me.

John did an excellent job repairing our side by side Electrolux freezer. We received other estimates suggesting full freezer replacement, however John identified the problem and proceeded with the repair. Once completed, our freezer is operating normally as well as the internal ice maker. John's professionalism, expertise, honesty and general knowledge is much appreciated. Our refrigerator was not cooling. I called John Heating and Cooling at 8am and explained the situation. I spoke with the owner John Davis and he said that he would be in our area later that day and he could stop by see what the problem was. He stopped by and spent approximately the next 2 plus hours working on the refrigerator. I have never seen such detailed work.
By the time John had finished our refrigerator looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. The price for the repair was so reasonable for the work done....amazingly fair price for the labor.
The really amazing thing that happened later that night was that John called to see how the refrigerator was running. That has never happened before and I can't tell you how much that follow up was appreciated. He followed up the next morning checking to see that all was well.

My experience with John was one of my best with any service professional. Our upstairs a/c went out and with a newborn it was too hot for her and my wife. John responded same day and changed his schedule to accommodate us Knowing we had a baby. Then he did everything necessary to get it fixed that day. It turns out that my negligence changing the filters contributed to my fan motor going out, and instead of judging me he gave tips and tricks of the trade which is invaluable to me. He allowed me to follow him around and learn during the repair, giving me wisdom that will help me prevent the issue in the future. The experience with him has literally been one of the best I have had, as he is knowledgeable as he is down to earth and kind. He is a joy to work with and he now has customers for life in us. I recommend him fully with no reservations. It is rare to find someone so genuine nowadays!

John showed up when he said he would be here, even called to let us know he was on his way. We had a problem with our gas stove and John thoroughly checked it out, even helped me clean some areas that I needed to clean! I feel he went way above in fixing the stove and helping me to understand how everything works. This is my first gas stove! I will definitely call him again if we have any issues with it or any other appliances.

John saved me from having to purchase a new refrigerator. He took my older refrigerator completely apart and rebuilt it. He installed a new compressor and evaporator coil and got my refrigerator working just like it did when I purchased it 25 Years ago. Thank you John

He was excellent. He told me I needed a new filter and showed me how to put it in, but my water still wouldn't come out. I called him and he immediately came by opened up my freezer and took the new filter re entered it ( the correct way) and then BINGO my water starts working. He didn't charge me again and I will tell all of my friends and neighbors to use him!!

John Heating and Cooling and Appliance Repair , Came to my house late Sunday night and repaired my Goodman Air Conditioner, my house was so hot and he had it cool in 30 minutes. John also repaired my Samsung dryer I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future. He is very friendly and and Explained everything that needed to be done. Called and got someone out that afternoon for our church's oven. He found the problem and gave us a quote for parts and labor and had them installed 2 days later. Very professional and kind. We will use them in the future and recommend them very much so.

We called John to repair the water dispenser on our Fridgidaire Gallery refrigerator after it had stopped working. I had tried some simple steps first on my own without success. John responded immediately and went through a few things to try first and when nothing worked he agreed to come by our house to take a look. He identified the issue and had to order parts. He returned the next day and replaced the water valve assembly on the back of the refrigerator which solved the problem. His price was very reasonable and he gave me some tips to maintain the unit. Overall I am very happy with the work that was performed and John's professionalism. Hard to find such a hard working and honest person these days. Thanks so much John!

Excellent Service! I was looking for someone in Peachtree City Ga to work on my old Refrigerator. John was able to get my 25 year old Maytag Refrigerator working again. He found the parts that was no longer available from his stock of parts and saved me from purchasing a new Refrigerator for my garage. I would highly recommend him and will use him for all my appliance repairs in the future.
