I had water damage from a leaking faucet and water line in my kitchen. Which proceeded to my basement ceiling. Paul was very helpful with getting the process started. When our basement flooded last summer, we happened to find 1-800 Water Damage, and they took excellent care of us. When it flooded again for a different reason this spring, we had no hesitation and knew exactly whom to call. Even in the middle of the night, 1-800 Water Damage sent out a team to clean the area and contain the damage. On the remediation side, Paul Glants and his team worked with us and handled everything, dealing with the insurance company and making sure everything was taken care of. On the rebuild side, Sid Sarin and his team did excellent work and transformed our (previously finished) basement from devastation to the beautiful, cozy family room it had once been. Sid was here and has been SO patient working with us as we are dealing with two back to back basement floods. Sid is an incredible communicator; he is kind, compassionate, smart, and diligent. Its obvious that he has our best interest at heart. He really cares about our issues and has been putting his everything into making sure we sort out everything out. Bryan and Zane were at my home today to remediate the water damages that occurred at my house this past weekend. They worked hard and consistently throughout the day. In particular, Dave came in this afternoon and after he and his partner had taken their measurements and removed some of their equipment, Dave went above and beyond by helping me with an electrical, computer problem that had frustrated me for hours and took him a few minutes to figure out. I shouldn't have even asked him to help me with it but I did and he obliged. I was so relieved and grateful for that extra added assistance he gave this senior citizen. What a great team! Had a water pipe burst in my basement. Called Paul from 1-800 Water Damage and he can out as soon as possible to check out the damage. Once he finished his assessment he called the insurance company for me to file the claim and then had Dave and his crew out to extract the water and remove carpet and pad. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any water damage. They were professional and knowledgeable and got the job done for me!!!

1-800 Water Damage honestly saved my mothers house and took excellent care of us. The remediation team which I believe was Jeff and his team they made sure to clear the issue she had and kept the house protected. We had some unfortunate events happen and Ashley and Sid literally did everything to get me and my mom help as to make sure she did not freeze. Ashley is the kindest person Ive ever spoken to she was caring and understanding and just worked so hard to find us the help we needed. Sid also was so kind and helpful he went above and beyond as well.They had someone at my moms house within days. Im sure given the holiday season it was not easy to do, but he had Fabricio (also the nicest man Ive met) and his crew come out and they did an outstanding job on the renovations. The rebuild seriously was so fast and again went above and beyond to make her living room look the same (better) than before. Everyone went above and beyond in every way possible. These guys did a great job. Having water in the basement is stressful and they eased my mind in terms of remediation. They gave me updates everyday on the what they were doing and why. The service was fantastic. We had a septic leak in our basement that led to us reaching out to 1800 Water Damage for professional clean up support. Jay and the team were responsive, helped with communicating to our insurance company, removal of damaged items, and completed a thorough clean up. A team came back a few days later to check on the progress that was made and ensure the area was safe.

Had a plumbing leak that caused damage to multiple rooms in our house. Everyone from 1-800 Water Damage has been great to work with they very thoroughly removed the moisture from the damaged rooms and communicated with us clearly about each step of the process. Darren and Dan, who set up the fans/dehumidifiers for us, did a great job demoing the damaged areas they cut the drywall neatly so it will be easier to replace, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our home with a lot of respect and care. Would absolutely recommend this service in the unfortunate event that you ever end up with water damage.

We had a flood on the morning of July 4 and they responded within an hour. It was so stressful and overwhelming to witness my basement fill with water, but as soon as they arrived I felt like everything was going to be okay.

Jay and Fabian were fantastic. They came out on a Sunday and stuck with us for 2 weeks for remediation of a large amount of water damage (2nd story down to the basement). They kept my home clean as they tore down wet drywall, insulation and flooring. It was great to work with them during a very difficult time
