Called 1-800 Water Damage of Kansas City North on a Saturday morning after discovering more than an inch and half of water in my basement from a broken toilet supply line. They answered right away and arrived on time after completing another job. They were able to remove all the water and set up their equipment to get things drying in less than 2 hours. The guys were professional, nice, and explained things in a way that made sense and what would happen next. Theyve been back a couple times to take out flooring and materials that werent savable and check moisture levels. Overall, Im extremely happy with this company and would definitely recommend to anyone needing their help, whether emergency or not.

Ransom and his crew showed up between the time frames I was given. I completely forgot they were coming over and my house resembled that. Not to worry. They knocked it out nonetheless. After suffering a plumbing problem, I contacted our Insurance Agent, who recommended D&S Restoration Specialists. The owner, David Johnson came out within two hours to assess the water damage. He worked with our Claims Adjuster that same day and had a crew out within hours to remove items that were effected by the water damage and items that could be salvaged. His crew was polite, professional and proficient. David stayed on top of the "tear out" and the reconstruction, addressing my every concern with speed and efficiency. The level of customer service that David provided deserves more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend his services .

Truly an amazing company David is wonderful and you're a fool if you don't choose them. They can do a lot of things that other companies can't like stretching, to removing red stains even bleach stains. You won't be sorry.
