They did a very good job of cleaning a wing chair, another chair cushion and a small rug. Although the chair is now far from looking "like new," it is an old chair and it is now much cleaner to sit in. The cushion and rug are much cleaner and brighter. There was a slight scare when the equipment left some spotting on our new carpet, but the technician did a great, quick job of removing the spots. I highly recommend them.

I had Eric as a technician. He was absolutely wonderful and a professional. He did an amazing job and was extremely thorough. He was even a little bit early and called before to see if it was okay to come by early. Which was wonderful because most the time anybody who has these windows of an hour normally people get there late. So, I was pleasantly surprised that he was a little bit early Will 100% request him every time I call him if he's not available, I'm sure anybody else would be just as great.

I called to ChemDry around the first of February (I think) and spoke with a sweet professional named Carrie. She explained the procedure and I ask questions and I decided to go with her company. Eric and Brandon picked the rug up on Tuesday, February 6th and Brandon returned it on Friday, February 9th. The rug had an animal smell and was wet from being left outside overnight. I dried it in the sun for two days to get it dry and decided to have it cleaned. I am so glad I went with Chem Dry! Carrie, Eric and Brandon were so professional, kind, considerate and a joy to work with. They are an asset to ChemDry. Will definitely tell my family and friends and will use them again, if the need arises. Thank you so much.

They showed up on time. Very respectful and responsible. Kept me informed of everything as it was being done. When they completed the job, they cleaned any residue, etc....

The overall experience was pretty good. Very professional with scheduling. The technician was friendly and completed the job in timely fashion. Only complaint I had was I was told the carpets would be dry enough to replace furniture in 2-3 hours. 6 hours later with ceiling fans and the hvac unit running and the carpet is still damp and actually wet in some spots.

The scheduling was super easy and the on-site tech was great. The carpet looks nice and I am overall happy with the quality. The only major negative was the quote was far off from the final price (final cost was almost $100 more). I know it is a a general quote but I gave accurate information about room sizing and there was nothing complex/unique about it. I would recommend you use them but I would suggest an on-site quote if you want to know the final pricing.

The crew was on time, super friendly and professional. Throughout the process they informed us of what they were doing and asked if we were satisfied with each area and did a walk through at the end. The care pets looked brand new when they finished and the house smelled great!

The apartment manager hassled me about a quarter-sized area in my bedroom, after I got the stain 90% clean but it was a little stiff. Chris came in and cleaned both bedrooms in a short amount of time, got the stain out, bedrooms look amazing. I totally and highly recommend this company.
