My approach to counseling is holistic and client-centered, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals.

I believe that all individuals have the willpower and ability to persevere in challenging times and soar in times of greatness and success. In practice, I strongly value empathy, autonomy, awareness, congruence, and creativity. It is important to me that I am able to create a safe space where my clients can explore their own beliefs and perspectives.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Trauma leaves deep imprints on the mind and body, making it difficult to move forward. EMDR is a proven, powerful approach to processing and healing trauma. Whether youre dealing with PTSD, anxiety, or unresolved childhood experiences, EMDR can help you reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer hold you back.
Through EMDR, I work with you to desensitize the emotional pain tied to your trauma, fostering healing in a safe and non-intrusive way. Many clients experience significant relief in just a few sessions.

I am passionate about supporting teens and adults on their path to healing. I work to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I integrate faith into therapy if the client requests.
