My experience with PPS, House Buyers is very satisfying. Before I contacted PPS I had an agreement with Open door to sell my house, but long story short, they lured, and not had provided honest details on how they do business. But first and foremost, PPS House Buyers. are professionals and dignified on any questions and answers you will retrieve. Here are the following three things I like and why I would recommend PPS, House Buyers To anyone I know. 1.) honesty, they follow up and give you the right numbers, details, and step by step how the process works.
2.) they have ways and solution of how to solve on selling your house , like myself, I live here all the way in California im selling my house there in Texas and everything basically was phone transacted Which is very convenient.
3.) speed, at the time of the closing. it was faster than I thought. It only took less than two weeks. I would like to give thanks to one of their agents Daniel Dipetta for his professionalism, and and the good experience I receive from PPS, House Buyers

I had been trying to figure away to move from my home in Hockley Texas for several years. I needed a place to go, once I sold my home, but did not have the funds. Each time I would try to put my home on the market, people would low ball me and nit pick what all they felt I should do, before selling. When I came across PPS on facebook, I clicked and instantly received a call. It kind of shocked me, and I figured it was a scam. I did not answer. After the 3rd or 4th day, Hunter sent me a text message. We went back and forth and I even took pictures of my home inside and out and texted the pictures to him. I worked with PPS House Buyers in Feb. 2019 when they bought a duplex from me. Everyone I dealt with at PPS was professional, friendly and showed me a great deal of integrity. The sale went through without a hitch in about a month total. Quick and easy!! Additionally, once PPS owned the duplex, they made quite a few updates and repairs to it.
