Beau Monde West Spa

The cosmetologists at Beau Monde West were absolutely fantastic! They were not only professional and engaging, but also took the time to truly understand my needs and provided expert advice in the areas that concerned me the most. The new building is stunning, with its open layout that still manages to offer privacy for beauty treatments a huge plus in my book. If you're on the lookout for a new place to cater to all your beauty needs, including massages, pedicures, manicures, waxing, brow and skin care, Beau Monde West comes highly recommended. This is definitely the place to be!

Jill is a gem. She has taken time between our appointments to research issues and find solutions to better meet my needs. She's fun and interesting to talk to. I look forward to my appointments! In fact, all the nail techs are fun and willing to chat and get to know all the customers, not just their own.

I had a recent appointment with DESTINY. She's literally the BEST!!
I have a few ortho issues and she took time prior to me dis-robing to discuss those specifics and really was attentive, asking further probing questions.
During the massage she was most attentive to the areas we discussed prior to the massage. Destiny, during the massage, she checked in with me to ensure each area we discussed prior, was acknowledged and she made sure of my comfort level.

I started giggling bc I'm ticklish sometimes lol and Destiny helped me recenter. I've had massages previously from other establishments and it's almost awkward when no one speaks or engaging, which for me stresses me out bc it's just awkward.

I'm not sure if Destiny will see this, but I truly appreciate her kindness, thoughtfulness, and made this my best experience!
I would like to wish her luck with her upcoming wedding and I really hope her doggos get to attend.

I do have a question, and I'll call eventually, but does Destiny do couples massages? I'd like book with her again - my bestie needs a massage and I do as well. If that's not a service I understand. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you again!!

My massage with Shanna was excellent! She is very attentive to how I feel through the experience with pressure and working on certain areas. The bamboo fusion was a wonderful addition too! I had the most amazing massage with Shanna and truly can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked into the spa, I felt completely at ease its beautifully clean, welcoming, and so peaceful. Shanna has such a calming presence and incredible skill. She incorporated gua sha into the massage, and it was a total game-changer I could feel the tension melt away. My body felt lighter, my muscles more relaxed, and my skin was glowing afterward. It was one of the most therapeutic and rejuvenating experiences Ive ever had. Ill definitely be back! I always leave feeling happy about my visit. I get an exceptional experience with my nail tech, Adriana.
On this visit I also took advantage of the Salt Room. I only wished I stayed in there the whole allotted time.

My toes, hands got attention , decent enough time of an attention, i got the citrus sweet scrub with massage ...i felt good, the oils felt amazing on the skin.. very silky. Highly recommend this place for relaxation ...i will be upgrading and going back ..they have candy and cucumber water in the lounge ...im going to try the salt room next. Recommend buying packages

Beau Monde West Spa is hands down my go-to spa! Ive had several services herenails, massage, facialyou name it, and every single one has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly skilled, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in.

The massages? Pure relaxation. The facials? My skin has never felt better. And the nail services? Absolute perfection. Its clear they take pride in what they do, and the attention to detail is unmatched. I cant recommend them enough!

OMG!! Heavenly, you should actually have a rating to 10! Maddie is so calm & skilled. I loved every moment of my facial. I have not been that relaxed in a long time! I can't wait to come back next Friday. I know what to get for gifts for the gals in my family. Thank you for a refreshing, relaxing & invigorating facial.

Sarah was EXCELLENT! She took the time needed at the beginning to address all of my odd requests. That was a total game changer. She genuinely listened which made all the difference in the world! Sarah is extremely talented as a masseuse which translated into 90 minutes of pure bliss. Combine that with her amazing customer service skills and you've got your next Employee of the Year! My prenatal massage with Shanna was very relaxing and one of the best massages Ive ever gotten. Shanna was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Immediately after my appointment, I scheduled out 4 appointments with her after just one appointment of having her as my massage therapist. Definitely recommending her to all my pregnant mom friends and anyone else wanting a fantastic massage.

First time with Olive and she was incredible! I appreciated how much focus she placed on problem areas (and there were a lot!) She asked me many times to confirm temperature and pressure was good, I was very comfortable and very relaxed. Would love to visit her again!

I had the dermal infusion facial with Maddie. She provides excellent service and the facial was incredible. Highly recommended! I was indeed glowy afterward and will continue to schedule facials with her. Also, their retail offerings are awesome!

Officially found my favorite masseuse!!! Sarah has worked on my body 2x now and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Mom of 4 boys & a wife life is busy all the time and not often do I get the treat of taking care of myself. My body appreciates the love and relaxation provided by Sarah, thank you so much!

I have been for several massages, nail appointments and facials at the new location near 37th and Maize and have received the best customer service and experience from not only the receptionists but all staff. I feel welcomed and so comfortable as I unwind and relax in this new beautiful spa.

This place is amazing! Very clean and smells amazing. Janelle at the front counter was extremely helpful when I called a couple days before my appointment to get it scheduled. Olive did my massage and she did fabulous. I definitely recommend her! Overall 10/10 recommend this place! I loved my experience here!
