I can't speak highly enough about this company. We had a very odd and niche problem with our pool and my interactions with other companies were mostly them dismissing the concern and implying that I just didn't know what I was doing. When 911 Pool Care sent a technician out, she listened to my issue, tested it herself, and quickly realized the problem was real and needed attention. She worked the problem for over ten minutes just calmly trying different ways to fix it and finally she found a solution. I can honestly say these guys will be my first call if I have any additional pool issues. They're transparent, honest, and do great work.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his company! He went above and beyond to get our pool/hot tub operational again while keeping our costs far below what our former pool repair company wanted to charge. He was also very personable and quick to respond to questions and to schedule repairs. I really wish we had found his company sooner!!

Chris was great during initial meeting explaing the process to ensure that concerns would be addressed. During the inspection, he took time to discuss findings and what steps were taken to correct the issue. At the end, he provided another overall conversation to cover and last questions. These guys are awesome!!

It’s hard to find a good pool service company- my wife and I have cycled through many (dishonest, price gouging, unreliable etc). But with 911- you won’t find a more honest, competent, and hard-working business owner as Chris. He has a passion for pool care and has extensive expertise. I’m always amazed how prompt he is at addressing issues and his services have always fixed the problems with my pool.

Our pool has the Pool Cancer, and I've been working with Chris at 911 Pool Care. I got his name from a neighbor and I was a little worried, because I do not have a lot of experience with pools. I called Chris on the phone and after a 30 minute phone call I set up an appointment for him to come out and look at my pool and it's issues. After he did a full examination of my pool he educated me about my pool and pool cancer. Based off of his feedback I decided to take his advice and wait to spend money and reach out to him once something really needed to be done. At this point I did not only have a Pool Man, I had a friend. Eventually my pool developed a leak, and Chris immediately came out and we decided on a plan to find and fix the leak. I went with the more expensive choice and he began to work his magic. Fortunately, he found the leak much easier and faster than he expected, so he reduced the cost to what work he actually had to do and immediately got started. The work was completed on time and to my 100% satisfaction. The final cost was much less than I expected and the work, service and communication that Chris provided me was more than fair. He continues to work with me to help extend the life of my pool and at the same time keep cost down and is helping me make the best decisions on what to do with my pool moving forward. I know what I am facing, and having a friend like Chris gives me comfort that I am making the best decisions with my pool for our family. Thanks to Chris and Pool 911!
