The team at First Rate Roofing Services did an outstanding job! We needed our roof replaced due to a leak, and they tackled the project with incredible efficiency. They removed over three layers of roofingincluding cedar shakein under an hour! The entire replacement, including the house and garage, was done in just two days.
I was impressed with their smooth workflow, professionalism, and friendliness. They were easy to work with and made sure everything was cleaned up by the end of each day. We were especially grateful that they took care of some deteriorating fascia as well.

I was in the roofing business in Illinois so I know the business. I am too old to get on my roof any more so I called First Rate. The owner Ethan came out right away, gave me what I thought was a fair estimate for a repair. Within a week his repair guys did the job. They were extremely nice, courteous, and respectful. Did a great job. I got a follow up call from Ethan to make sure I was happy with the work before he billed me. Extremely professional company, I highly recommend them for any work needed.

We just had our roof replaced by First Rate Roofing and it was a great experience. Great communication, done in two days (full tear off and re shingle) and my yard and other areas were super clean when they were done. Special shoutout to Brandon our site coordinator. Their bid was 50% less than the most expensive bid we got for this job. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Amazing roofing company! We recently discovered a leak in our shop roof. The house was on the market so everything needed to be in great working order, and very quickly. We called Ethan and he came out right away to do an estimate. He took photos to document the situation, explained the easy fix, and scheduled us for the repair on Christmas Eve! They got rained out, but the weather cooperated a few days later. They repaired the roof, took photos of the finished work to document, left the work site clean, and we are back in business. As I said, Amazing! I highly recommend First Rate Roofing!

First i have had 2 bid froom different roofing company . And i feel like they are taking advantage of me CALLING EVERYDAY PRESURING ME THAT MAKES UNCOMFORTABLE. Then i took a chance with FIRST RATE ROOFING SERVICES. ETHAN THE OWNER IS VERY HONEST I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE TALKING TO HIM. HE DID NOT PRESURE ME AT ALL he even said i could get anather bid if i want to and the price he gave is reasonabl and affordable. I am satisfied with thier job. I will recomend them to my friend. We choose First Rate Roofing to install a new roof on our home this summer. It had deteriorated with age, weather, cracked shingles and roof mold. Now we have a new roof that looks fantastic. The quality of workmanship is top notch. They installed new drip guards, vents, flashing and sealed every thing up tight, which was a concern of ours with the winters that we have here. Communication was good throughout the process too; they were very approachable with any and all questions that we had. We're very satisfied with the professional job that the entire crew performed.

They arrived at my house to fixes some leaks in my garage roof.
They removed all the affected areas replacing all the ice and water shield then replaced with the exact shingles. The did an impeccable job. They cleaned and inspected the entire roof fixing any other issues they came across. We had a big mess with moss and debris on one side of the house and they not only cleaned the roof they also treated the roof for the moss. Everywhere they were was completely and thoroughly cleaned up. Cannot thank them enough!

I inquired as to someone coming out to inspect my roof after my insurance wrote me a letter giving me a year to replace my roof or they would cancel me. Ethan came out the very same day and took a look. He was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt as though he was honest and not just trying to sell me a service. While he was up on the roof inspecting he even went out of his way to seal some areas up. If this is how he treats potential customers, I am sure that his customers are in great hands. I am sure to reach out in the future!

We were very impressed with First Rate Roofing and Nathan who did our job. Their price was very competitive, and Nathan was extremely easy to communicate with. He responded very quickly to all our messages. The guys went above and beyond what we requested because they were on the roof anyway and little things needed to be done to make the roof perfect. They were very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves as well. Great company to work with!

The hype is legit on First Rate Roofing Services and their handyman service subset as well! Not only did they help re-roof a section of our roof but they rebuilt the structure and built us a front yard fence! I have always been hesitant on hiring a company due to the quality I would be receiving for the amount paid. Ethan, Brandon, and all the other team members were incredibly honest, hardworking, and best of all, VERY skilled at what they offer. Look no further, this is the company you want to hire!
