Our gorgeous sectional sofa was delivered today by Robert and Carlos. They were over a week early for delivery. They were quick, efficient, friendly and professional. If I could give Ornate Home more than 5 stars, I definitely would! From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. Omar and Bob went above and beyond to help with every question we had, making sure we felt confident with our choices. After visiting a number of other furniture stores, it was clear that Ornate Home was by far the best. The level of customer service was unmatched, and their patience truly stood out. I'm beyond pleased with my visit and will certainly return whenever Im in need of more furniture. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for a new couch for my living room be was an awesome gentleman to speak with very knowledgeable. Omar was even more knowledgeable about all the different products in the store, and I felt very happy leaving knowing that I got a very quality product for the price, Bob, the delivery driver is very kind very professional showed up on time didnt ask for better service should pay this guy 10 times more

I had been looking for something to fill in our living room that's 222 inches (about 18ft) from wall to wall. I had been seeing this sectional all over the internet and fell in love with it. However, i could never find one large enough for the space. Ornate Home Furniture was the only place I found where i could customize the sectional and order it to fit my needs. I ordered a left chaise, 2 middle pieces, and a right chaise. The total size came to be 220in. It was like finding Cinderella's shoe lol. WE ARE IN LOVE. Delivery from Cali to FL took about 4weeks.
