Michael was awesome! I was lucky to have Michael come and address the issues with my ac, he was very knowledgeable and also very informative on best practices to extend the life of my system. I had another AC Company come out and try to upsell me on purchasing a whole new system, but Michael was very straight forward and let me know with the correct maintenance and cleaning my system would have plenty of life. Definitely going to go with Timely air conditioning for any future services.

Shawn went above & beyond! He is the nicest guy you will ever meet and works very hard at making the client happy! We didnt feel pressured and he didnt take advantage of us in desperation! I felt very comfortable with him and he made sure the job was done right and the client (us) were happy! Sad we wont be seeing him much hopefully now! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing an honest AC guy!

After getting a quote from another company, I wanted to get a second opinion. I reached out to Cool with Empire, and the technician came out to give me a second opinion. He was honest and clear, and gave us options to choose from. We were able to repair my a/c unit for a fraction of the cost quoted by the other company, since the other company was dishonest with me about the options.
Not only is this a trustworthy company, they also provided us with (free) tips on lowering our bill which showed how they cared. The technician played with my son and was personable throughout the experience. And after months without a/c, within a few hours and at a fraction of the cost that I was anticipating, we were able to have it repaired!

Great experience with Cool with Empire! Mr. Shawn Nimoh arrived early for the appointment and was very professional! He was very detail oriented and drove across the city on a weekend to get the correct part to fix the A/C system. After getting the part, he fixed the issue in about an hour! I highly recommend Cool with Empire and Shawn!

Shawn showed up real quickly when our AC was out for a couple days. He was recommended from a friend and he was able to fit us in when he found out we were without A/C for a couple days. When he came out he was able to get us up and running pretty quickly. He was extremely thorough with his service and repair. Another thing that really made us feel comfortable with him was that he explained exactly what he was doing and was patient with our million of questions. He showed a lot of compassion and patience. Would totally recommend him to anyone.
