Watch out! Had a reline done on my top plate (dentures) was told to wear them a week and come in if it needed any adjustments , a week later I come in to have a high spot fixed and was told by the lady at the desk there is a walk in fee to have it looked at. I stated that I was told to come back. She says we'll that is how we do it!!!!!!

This dental office experience was one of the better ones I have ever had. Completely professional and truly refreshing to go to. They advertise an amazing new patient deal and they provide that service for far less than its worth. I was blown away by how nice everyone was and how the whole process is executed. I will be going back soon.

Until this last visit I have never had any problem with smiles restored. My issue is with the scheduling staff. Waiting a entire month before I could get in to have my tooth repaired was shocking to me. I understand with our area growing the way that it has you guys are much busier. But I've been a patient of smiles restored since 2012 and you just don't treat loyal people like that it was very disappointing.

I am extremely pleased to have found smiles restored! I have been working with them now for over a year to restore and maintain my dental health. They have addressed the whole spectrum of complex issues(extractions,crowns, implants,etc). They are also competently working with my insurances for their financial commitments. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other dental institutions worldwide. I know this from personal experience.

Dr. Eric Hanson listened to my question and concerns, explained the processes, and provided an effective solution for my active lifestyle. The staff from the front desk, to his dental assistant, have been professional, and have made this process run smoothly. The dental staff at Smiles Restored has a customer service culture that makes a major difference in my satisfaction. My family and I have been receiving dental care at Smiles Restored for approximately 7 years. In their care, we have all had wonderful experiences. They have the best prices around, and who on earth would want to pay more for services they might get elsewhere? The dentists who have worked on my teeth provided fantastic treatment, the hygienists are nice and well-trained, and I honestly feel like it's not nearly as unpleasant as other offices I've gone to. I heartily endorse Smiles Restored for people of all ages.

I had a follow up appointment with Smiles Restored and I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism of the entire staff. They run a well planned office environment. During a normal time I live 4.5 hours away from St. George, but this trip I have been in Oregon for a family medical event. After looking at options for travel I decided to make the 13 hour drive each way. I only share those details as a way to show how much I value the services at Smiles Restored.
