Due to our basement taking on substantial water last spring we needed to have some drain tile installed this year. Unfortunately, this meant the mastic that had been used on the cement flooring needed to be removed first - old mastic, likely containing asbestos. Jason's team grinds out the adhesive, they do not use chemicals that can leave remnants & potentially still cause exposure during additional projects.

When he came to quote the job, he was very transparent & gave thorough explanation. It was a big project for us. Jason worked with our budget to plan removal for the areas needed - then exceeded all expectations by far. The removal was handled incredibly professionally, we had no concerns. And the level of compassion and consideration for our situation was unmatched. We will 100% be using their services for any future need and give a glowing recommendation for anyone that needs similar work done.

I suspected that we had mold on the wall between our laundry room and master bathroom and I found 1-800 Water Damage on the internet. I left a message for them about our situation and Jason called me back right away, He came over the next morning to check it out. He took three samples of the black mold to send in for analysis, removed all the contaminated wood, sprayed areas of wood that were near the mold with a sealant, and put up thick plastic wrap over the doorways to isolate the mold spores.He placed two huge fans that pulled out moisture and mold spores from the rooms to purify the air. The fans were left in there several days. He was so helpful, professional, and efficient. He talked with my home owner insurance agent and worked with him to get things done quickly. He followed up with me and helped me with any issues that came up with the reconstruction crew until everything was completed and signed off. Hes been doing this a long time and knows his stuff. I couldnt be happier with Jason at 1-800 Water Damage.

After being out of town for a couple weeks during a particularly rainy week, I came home to a house with a basement that was flooded due to my sump pump unexpectedly breaking. And I dont mean flooded like an inch or two of water but I mean COMPLETELY FLOODED like FEET of water that turned my basement into the shallow end of a pool! It was a Sunday and I panicked as I didnt know who would be willing to not only make the drive out to me and drain my basement, but on a weekend no less. However, Jason at 1-800 Water Damage of North Dakota was more than willing to undertake what he may or may not have described as one of the worst cases he has ever seen. He came over in a timely manner and in a minutes time examined the damage and got everything set up to begin the loooooong process of removing the water from my very flooded basement. It took DAYS to complete but Jason was there each and every day to ensure that my basement would be as dry as a bone, setting up heaters once all the water was gone to make sure everything got dried out. He even graciously cleared out all the moldy items that had been submerged in the murky waters for me! Honestly, Jason is a lifesaver and I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a flooded basement situation!

Highly recommend 1-800-WATER DAMAGE. I walked into a my parents home to find flooding on first floor and basement due to backup of sump pump. Jason quickly assessed what needed to be done, approximate timeline, worked closely with our insurance and helped us to manage costs where possible. Also helped us quickly triage with plumber a second backup during cleanup.

Pipe burst in the attic, they crawled up there and pulled out the soaked insulation and put drying fans in place.
