Stephen appeared at the house the day following the online request. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He didnt force additional testing beyond what was requested. Although the visit only consisted of air quality testing, I would be very comfortable allowing Stephen and his team to conducting mitigation efforts, if needed.

We had an appointment with mold experts, I actually forgot but the tester was very effective contacting me before the appointment for everything needed for the day of testing. On the day of testing he was on time and very professional explaining the process of the testing, and how we would get results. I would 100% recommend

Stephen and his company Mold Xperts are the best in the business. Hes certified, insured, professional, responded immediately, the quality of his work is the best, his cleanup was impeccable. Kyle was on time and not only inspected the area I was concerned of for water damage/mold in the basement. He went above and beyond and looked it at another area the attic for potential mold. How ever he did not try to get additional money by suggesting another test since he didnt not see a issue there. Just waiting on my results.
