Stephen appeared at the house the day following the online request. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He didnt force additional testing beyond what was requested. Although the visit only consisted of air quality testing, I would be very comfortable allowing Stephen and his team to conducting mitigation efforts, if needed.

Stephen was very friendly and came in the day after I called it! He was polite, professional, and provided me with a lot of information about mold. In addition, Stephen told me the next steps that can be pursued if mold is discovered in the apartment. I would recommend him to anyone who expects they have mold!

Steve and crew analyzed the air in the a/c ducts and several rooms of my house, found mold in the ducts and basement, and promptly and effectively remediated the problem, including sealing two areas in the basement. 2 inches of rain yesterday - no leaks!

We had an appointment with mold experts, I actually forgot but the tester was very effective contacting me before the appointment for everything needed for the day of testing. Kyle was on time and not only inspected the area I was concerned of for water damage/mold in the basement. He went above and beyond and looked it at another area the attic for potential mold. How ever he did not try to get additional money by suggesting another test since he didnt not see a issue there. Just waiting on my results.
