From my first call to the end of this disaster cleanup, I have everything good to say about this company. Dave and his team were so compassionate with the home situation and the cleanup for my friend . The way they carefully handled the contents, labeled boxes , moved furniture out and back in her home was great. Fast and efficient. Dave handled all the insurance issues, and worked with us to make this disaster not anymore stressful than it already was. I would highly recommend this company if you unfortunately need a disaster cleanup team.

I am beyond grateful for the quick response when I called Utah Disaster Team. I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that had made its way to the main floor. Their prompt action ensured the damage I had was minimal. They were honest and upfront about everything they needed to do and made sure I understood the process completely! Dave and his team were wonderful. They really helped us out when our basement flooded. They were courteous and professional the entire time and really went out of their way to help calm the chaos that we were experiencing and tirelessly looked for ways to save us money for the salvage work. They even recommended someone to come and install a sump pump for us that wouldn't break the bank. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

They were super responsive and able to come assess our water damage the day we called. We worked with Mike and he was so great to work with. He told us small fixes we could do ourselves to mitigate the problem and where it would make sense to have him step in which I appreciated as it showed he wasn't trying to just get more money from us but actually work with what's best for us.They were quick and did a really great job. 100% would recommend and use them again.

Quick and professional company helped me out when I needed it the most. My upstairs bathroom flooded for three days while we were out of town Which caused a massive flood and they were able to do such a professional job and fix all the water damage in a timely manner. I owe so much to them I cant say thanks enough to Dave and his crew!

I love Utah, but this spring (all spring seasons??) we had flooding. I'm so glad our insurance recommended Utah Disaster Team. I never write reviews, but felt this was worth the time. They worked day and night, and worked tirelessly to get us back on our feet. You never want to be in a situation to use them, but so glad they are here when we need them. Thanks to Jackson and his Team for his HARD WORK! We couldn't be happier.

Dave came out at 4 pm on a Friday evening and stayed till 1130pm to take care of what I thought was a simple leaking pipe, but turned out to be a sewer line. While the outcome was way worse than what I had thought it was going to be Dave was awesome. Quick to reapond to my text, patient with my girls who were very interested in what he was doing. I cant recommend his service enough. Its sucks when you have to call a disaster team but it was a pleasure to work with him.
