When we responded to a TV ad special for $99 to clean and service our AC unit we expected the usual bait and switch or upsell of unnecessary repairs. We were completely wrong and very impressed with this company. They did a very thorough and excellent job. We ended up signing up for the service contract at $19.a month and it has been the best investment for our home. They have came out three times since then and Star Wars our air conditioner, checked our plumbing, and their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these people.

Marco came out for an emergency repair after 9 pm and did a great job. Very diligent even late in the evening.

I made a service call late at night and the service tech Dominque arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. He stayed late into the night and early into the morning without complaint. He made the process very smooth and left no question about the service I was being provided. I couldnt have been more happy with the service and I highly recommend this company.

I cant say enough good things about George, the technician who came out to our home after hours. Not only did he respond quickly, but he showed up with a great attitude, ready to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure our AC was up and running againdespite it being late in the evening.

He took the time to explain the issue, didnt cut corners, and worked hard until everything was fixed. In a time when great service is hard to find, he really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

After having another company tell me my 2 year old water heater needed to be replaced, I decided to call On Time Experts. The entire process was top notch. They identified that it was a simple sensor that needed to be replaced. They charged me a fair price and completed the work the same day. From the time I called to the repair time was less than 3 hours! I highly recommend this company.

I'm happy with the service but the time waiting is what I find unacceptable. We were told someone would be here between 9am and 1pm. At 2pm, someone finally arrives. It is 6pm and our technician, George, is still here. He found repairs that our unit needed so I understand the extra time. I had to finally cancel our Sunday afternoon plans. I explained my concerns with George and he was unaware how long we had been waiting. It seems there needs to be better communication between the dispatcher and the technician. For a business named On Time Experts, they should concentrate more on their name. Perhaps more technicians in the field or schedule less appointments in the day. Regarding George, we are very impressed with his HVAC knowledge, he was personable and he took the time to explain to us how our unit worked, the repairs it needed and the cost. Thank you George.

Dominic was the technician that came out. Was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the first time we have used On Time Experts and after our service today they will be who we call for any future HVAC issue's. I did ask Dominic if we could request him in the future. We were thinking the appointment will be canceled due to the bad weather that day but it didnt. Ross came out here on time and fixed the heating system on the day that was very cold. We greatly appreciated the excellent service and professionalism!!

Joey serviced my air conditioner today and conducted a thorough inspection of both the inner and outer units. He meticulously checked every detail of the system and quickly identified several faulty parts that required replacement. I was particularly impressed with the fair pricing he provided through the company, and his suggestions were both honest and insightful. I strongly recommend working with him; you wont be disappointed!

The staff was so easy to work with. The plumbers were about to explain exactly what was needed and provide a timeline for repair. They were finished before the time estimate and the service was completed exactly as they had prepared me. Colin B did a great job and we are very happy with the work provided

I had an excellent experience with on time experts. Kirstie, the coordinator, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. I will absolutely use their services again if needed in the future, and I wont hesitate to refer them to friends and family!

Marco was very communicative and let us know of any findings. We had called for a tune up special I saw on NBC5 channel. He found some leaking gas leading up in lines to our units. On time Experts showed on a Saturday to check my current system. Dominic did a good job identifying the problem. Turned out I needed a new system and he helped get it set up for installation the very next dayon a Sunday. Great job across the board by all involved.
