These guys were *super* easy to work with. They answered all of my questions quickly and fully (and I asked a lot of questions). As far as I can tell, they did great, efficient work installing the heat pump and mini-splits. Caleb and his colleague were professional, friendly, and knowledgable when they came to perform an AC tuneup. I felt very comfortable around them, and they did not pressure me to spend any money beyond the previously agreed upon price. First, my daughter is enjoying her new central AC. Short wait time, on time and friendly technicians. Next, my sons AC went out and you repaired it within a few days with 100 degree temps outside. Oregon climate tech. Scheduled a day that was convenient for me, that worked for our schedule. Then on the day of installation a notification came and said to expect them between 8:00 am and 9:00am and Caleb was right on time. The installation went as they described and the system is working perfectly.
