We just experienced our first encounter with Best Choice Roofing & Chimney. The response to our request was immediate. A representative came the first day to give us an estimate for a repair. Bert (the technician) was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The estimate was very fair. Bert discovered other problems with our roof and chimney that we were not aware of. All the guys at Best Choice Roofing & Chimney have been such a pleasure to work with since moving into my house! Theyve done a chimney sweep, fire proofed the fireplace/chimney, repaired a portion of my roof, replaced vinyl siding that was ripped off by high winds, secured my fence which also fell from high winds, installed an awning for my side door, guard rails and staircase. 10/10 will always recommend. Couldnt be happier with the work Burt and his team did on our house. Fair pricing, Fantastic attention to detail. Because the work they did consisted of a lot of small projects, I was most impressed with their clear communication and patience taking the time to walk through all the details ensuring we were on the same page through the entire process. We were selling our home, and the contract required us to do some repairs on our chimney. During a home inspection, a picture was taken, and I sent it to Eddie from Best Choice along with notes from the inspector about the necessary repairs. Eddie was very receptive and listened to my situation. He called me back after receiving my text, and I felt comfortable speaking to him. He was honest in his assessment and quoted me a price. I told him I would call him back after discussing with my wife. The conversation took place on a Thursday evening, and by the next Wednesday afternoon, the work was completed by Bert and Tim. Replaced two large areas of damaged wood siding ( T-111) and water damaged plywood under it. plus a new double hung window also with water damage. Also removed and replaced a 12 x 8 wall of sheetrock also water damaged. and header repair Worked around a very difficult area where 220 amp electric come in. On time, nice guys, professional, neat, reasonably priced.

Id been searching for months for a contractor to replace storm damaged siding and gutters. I heard about home advisor, and immediately I received calls from several contractors that were interested. I contacted this contractor and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he got back to me. He came out and gave me a complete and thorough quote which my insurance company accepted. And within less than a week of my contacting him to advise him that I would like to use his company, he was at my home at the exact time that he promised and they did a wonderful job for me. I feel that they went above and beyond. Very pleased!
